How much will finish this as an estimate and can it fit into a 50 by 100 plot with X no of cars?

A little over 17m should get the building done (this is just an estimate though as I be architect not QS and the location of the plot goes a long way too ). It could fit into the said piece of land if a little work is done on the width (ie the side that has the 11.935m). Concerning the number of cars, 4 cars should be able to fit into the said plot.

ya...i also forgot to chip in this.....Posting letter is far more important than Call up letter. It would determine how ur next 10 months would be. Yes u made friends in camp but u would meet more people in ur PPA.
So i know most of u must be feeling disapointed now...mayb u dibt get ikot ekpene or eket or uyo...just chill village nysc is even more fun,u save money,cheap food, free ride,free accomodatn e.t.c and oh....friendly villagers.
Infact i am typing from one of such places and i dont regret not serving in uyo. I go to uyo almost every weekend so....i still hv wateva 'fun' uyo corpers enjoy.

In Nigeria, there is no such thing as respect for any zoning ordinance. You have not seen a 9ft fence in Nigeria?
Except in Estates or rich people neighborhood, people don't respect those ordinances.
I will also like short fence with iron on top... but because of Nigeria situations, I will try to shield my property as much as possible, no display of wealth in my book.

Exactly. I've seen a fence that's higher than the headroom of the building in the plot. Don't know what the owner was protecting

Thanks my chairman. The idea was to have a house that won't be too luxurious (more like a farm house) and at the same time satisfy the client's needs.
