Before PMB BH was virtually overrunning Nigeria, even in the South there was fear of them.

Now they're largely contained in Borno.

So i think GEJ is largely to blame.

Nigeria is a laughing stock. The only OPEC nation that still relies on petroleum imports.

We cannot maintain basic infrastructure like roads and schools, yet we think somehow our refineries would work.
