PoliticsRe: Enugu East/isi-uzo Fed. Const: Tribunal Sacks Lp's Nnamchi, Returns Pdp's Nnaji by Firmtruth: 5:14pm On Sep 08, 2023
Firmtruth:
Nigeria Judges are indeed confused, imagine pre-election matter that tribunal said cannot be used as a basis for disqualification, also looking at the conclusion of judgement, it a party affairs. According to the tribunal judges in as much as one is not a member of the political party, you can not challenge the cardidacy of the party. It is an internal affairs.
Nigerians which way are we going?
Even the judges are confused with the current constitution.

This country does not belong to the DSS, or any force. It belong to Nigerians as such nobody should intimidate the citizens. All that is expected of the judges to do is to uphold the constitution and pass judgement based on evidence.
If the constitution is thrown aside we are no more practicing democracy. As such we should be delisted from countries that practice democracy.
PoliticsRe: Tribunal Delivering Judgement When Tinubu Won’t Be In The Country by Firmtruth: 10:08pm On Sep 04, 2023
The Man has finished his homework by settling all the judges. We should not expect anything from the tribunal, the rubber stamp judges.
They are coming to read what they are asked to read for Nigerians.
I pray for the Almighty God to intervene by hardling the heart of the judges to do the right thing by given true judgement.
