But Puig refused to leave.

That was a direct affront to the Koeman. He interpreted it as Puig was daring him to do his worse. He reacted by not playing him at all, as he was already forewarned.

Two years later, Riqui Puig is now doing what he should have done two years earlier.

And y'all are blaming Koeman for how everything turned out.

Anyone saying Koeman didn't play a role in Puig's damaged career is just being disingenuous and economical with the truth.

Player of his quality Koeman benched a whole season and gave bums like Mingueza chances upon chances even annoying Nico.
Even the time Koeman gave him time to play it was almost always 87 or 88mins. How the fvvk are you expected to grow. Even clear matches were Barca was understaffed and suffered numerous injuries where u would think Puig would easily walk into the lineup, there's a Koeman to surprise you with stupid subs and decisions.

Abi Una get short memory to remember how Koeman subbed him in and was almost always when we were losing the game.

I'm just pained with this galaxy move. Puig is also to blame for not choosing great sides like Betis or Celta were his brilliance will shine through but Koeman is the villain in this story.
