As for their requirement, make sure your result is complete, your o level certificate, letter from your present place of work, your primary 6 result, and some other things which I cant remember now. I will ask my friend.

DLI forms like I said will be out may be next month. And the program last for 5yr depending on the course. While the fees is 55k and some additional payment like tutorial, residentail, text books, medical fees,and matric fees. may be when you add all together is will get to 75k-80k.
But this is for the first year. It will get cheaper as you go higher.

My candid advice for you is that if you have the opportunity to serve, please do it or else you may regret it. You never can tell what you may want to do in future and it may be required. Like going into polities, Banks ask for service certificate that I know very sure. And in some case where an employer has lots of people applying for a particular job to screen out the applicant they can use any thing like the service certificate to accomplish their task. You see.
Please go and serve if you can work it out.
