Shokoloko: Final question - If memory serves me well, IPOB members do not believe in voting, a lot destroyed both their Nigerian international passports and did not collect PVCs. How were you able to come to the conclusion that Igbos have IPOB mentality? Are all Igbos members of IPOB? Will we be right to say northerners have bokoharam mentality? Enlighten us I used IPOB as a term to liken the mindset of the average Igbo Obidient to that of IPOB that believes in getting stuff by force. But IPOB has also shown their support for their former benefactor. |

Shokoloko: 4. Do you live in Anambra state? 1. Are you able to explain how the value of the dollar in the Anambra economy reduced by 75% when globally the value of the dollar did not fall? 3. Are Igbos the only tribe supporting him? If no, are other tribes selfish as well?
We are here to learn 4. There are credible reports. 1. He took naira and bought dollar to make the investment in SabMiller. The money has remained in dollar ever since. Naira has nothing to do with it Obi made a terrible investment, end. 3. Most of his supporters are Igbos who hated him as governor. They're the same ones that will insult anyone that doesn't support him with Nsogbu Nsogbu IPOB mentality. |

I can agree with you on that one Power will return to PDP off course. We will work hard to remove APC. |

Ilaje1: Soludo raised some some assertive remarks on the person of Obi in his rejoinder to the obedient attacks on his person. Instead of the Obidient and the rest of Nigeria throwing emotional attacks on Soludo accusing of being jealous, I will rather we ask the following question to know the veracity of his remarks.
The questions we should be asking from Soludo's rejoinder are:
1. Is it true the $12m Obi invested is worth $3m? 2. Is it true that Obi put govt money in the name of investment in a company where his family is a shareholder? 3. Is true Obi saved money in the presence of decaying infrastructure like lack of roof on school buildings, bad road, lack of proper hospital etc? 4. Is it true Ngige's constructed roads are still standing while Obi's has been washed away? 5. Is it true poverty skyrocketed during Obi( when oil was at its peak) and went down during Obiano? 6. Is Soludo lying or Obi lied to us? Here are my answers: 1. Yes 2. Yes, he owns shares in fidelity and SabMiller, the only two investments he made. 3. Yes. His people wanted him arrested then. They're only supporting him now because Igbos are too selfish and will do anything to get power. 4. He didn't even build any roads. 5. Everyone knows this. He left the state to be GEJs PA. 6. Obi is lying. He has always been lying. |

henryobinna: Whatever it is, a candidate's supporters do not have the power to silence anybody or take any decisions. The power rests on the shoulders of the candidate or president if they become president.
Let's stop the bad attitude of shifting blames. It's easier to blame supporters than those who are actually tasked with the being responsible with powers vested on them. Buhari's supporters killed people cause he lost 2011 elections and would have done same in 2015. Keep up with that stupid nonsense you're saying because you're obidient and want to absolve Obimumu from their rascality. |

Politics › Re: Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Top Presidential Candidates by FirstSon01: 12:29pm On Nov 13, 2022 |
henryobinna: it is utterly irresponsible to blame supporters of a candidate for the action of that very candidate. It shows such candidate should never come close to anything related to power or authority. Such a candidate who is controlled by his supporters is a kid and doesn't deserve to lead.
Atiku deleted the tweet(about Deborah not Sarah I think) because he wanted to not because his supporters asked. He has his reasons for deleting the tweet, the reasons could be because he believed the girl deserved to be killed or because he wants to get the votes of Muslim extremists up north, whatever it is, it was still his decision to delete the tweet not his supporters or the voters decision. Shifting the blame to the supporters is the height of irresponsibility and I strongly hope Atikue himself does not intend to deceive Nigerians with that lie because it'd be better we have a well known child to be president than someone who can be controlled by supporters to execute their desires.
Supporters do not have that power, simple. Read slowly next time, I didn't absolve Atiku of the responsibility. And also, Atiku tweeted that thing himself. He was scared, Sokoto is the seat of the caliphate. Some things are better left unsaid. |

Tonim: When they chose OBJ, there was no Northerner running. It was OBJ vs Falae.
GEJ was not elected solely as President. He became President because He was the VP when Yar’Adua passed on.
How do you guys expect Northerners (Hausa/ Fulani) to vote for a Southerner when one of them - a fellow fulani- is on the ballot? They voted GEJ against Buhari. GEJ won so many northern states. If BAT didn't help Bubu he would have been wandering. |
Politics › Re: Why The South Will Lose In 2023 by FirstSon01(op): 12:19pm On Nov 13, 2022 |
Tonim: The dominant tribe from Northern Nigeria, Hausa/Fulani, are not going to choose a Southerner over one of their own. This is the honest truth. They can and they will, they chose OBJ and they chose GEJ. They can't choose either of BAT or Obi cause they're both very tribalistic. |
Politics › Re: Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Top Presidential Candidates by FirstSon01: 12:13pm On Nov 13, 2022 |
henryobinna: do you think they have the power?
When it comes to power, An obi supporter is no different from a BAT supporter; both have no powers themselves. The supporters of a candidate have the power to make a candidate do the worst or best just to keep their support. That's why Atiku deleted that Sarah post even though he was disgusted with the issue, but was scared of it escalating so the North won't get angry at him. |
Politics › Why The South Will Lose In 2023 by FirstSon01(op): 12:10pm On Nov 13, 2022 |
The 2023 elections are only 4 months away, and the election poises to be the most tribalistic election ever held in recent history in Nigeria.
The election is tilted in four ways due to the four main candidates.
Atiku Abubakar - NE Bola Tinubu - SW Rabiu Kwankwaso - NW Peter Obi - SE
The two main antagonists in the election are the supporters of former Lagos Governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who are known as the Batists(Batified), and the supporters of former Anambra governor, Peter Gregory Obi, popularly known as Obidients.
The two northern candidates are not on very good terms but are not going at each other's throats, just the southern candidates and that's cause the two candidates come from the two major southern tribes of Yoruba and Igbo.
The North on the other hand have two major tribes the Hausa and Fulani, with other minorities like the Jukun, Tivs, Ibira, etc, but have it easier to maintain their hold on the country cause they have no seeming division between them politically, though the interpersonal relationships are not rosy.
The two major tribes have the most amazing interpersonal relationships, but are always against each other politically. This has always dampened the chances of the South in any election, most especially to the detriment of the South East who have never produced any head of state since the country gained independence.
The situation doesn't seem to be going away, but rather widening and getting worse.

The North is not rallying for Atiku!
Atiku’s aspiration is dead on arrival and he is aware of that fact.
All Atiku is doing is cosmetic campaign and why cash is not flowing in his campaign. Unlike last election, some peeps had already completed 5 bedroom duplex and campaign had not started.
Atiku is wiser now! He got no northern backing So Coronavirus, who is the north rallying for?? |

But this is apt though, except the dollar can never get to 3000, and Atiku won't be privy to any cabal as most of them are working for BAT in the APC and not for him.
