I cleared the phone dialer cache and data, I don't use Truecaller. I tried another dialer still the same. when I dial my line it says number busy. if I put the sim in another fone I receive calls without having to do anything.

Format the phone, it happens to me before, it is virus, after formatting it, it will work perfectly
