galala123: Sorry about it bro. Considering the amount you will spend in UK and the current situation there, you may wish to consider waiting patiently to re-apply. This is especially if your ultimate goal is to get some foreign experience after studies. Some of us waited for more than 4 months, were denied but decided to wait to try again. Some even tried for years (If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself up and try again -Aaliyah).
Take a few hours or days to cool off and then decide the way forward. Well done, for even trying -This singular action places you ahead of millions already.

Think that UK through properly, it's mostly not a good investment. Europe is too tight right now.
Pray about it and seek proper counsel.

No oh, I applied April 9. (I don't know if I misquoted that earlier)

I don't know anyone off-Nairaland that applied around the time I did, so I really can't tell what category of applicants they are attending to right now.

nobleman01: Sincerely, I believe onye oma and mr earthgreener has given the best advice. Stick to ur sponsors,repackage ur application,add an explanatory n convincing letter of intent,notarize the right docs, provide proof ur sponsors really wanna sponsor u considering they have other responsibilities too and add landed props n shares certificate.

Thus, the affidavit of support)...and if possible,add a lil maggi and spice to the acc balance...I feel you'll be good to go...

I'm considering one family member and one non-family sponsor (that might have a fatter account balance) for my reapplication.

Total expense for a year is $25k
I even got a letter from UOttawa showing the estimated expense breakdown and I attached it to my application.

2ndly, who is ur sponsor

3rdly,was there a good cash flow in the account or just an overnight deposit of a lump sum into the ac?

Sponsor: I used my 2 siblings. They used their salary accounts..good cashflow, no overnight deposit..there was letter from their employers quoting their annual pay.
