Goldenbaby: @Dreamsinbc,my dear,I use to see d EWMC,bt since sept last year,ave not seen it,though my cycle is very regular,I do know when am ovulating,cos I usually ave slight pain on my left lower abdomen, bt I don't normally see much mc during that time,I read abt d robitussin last month,bt wouldn't find it in my area,that's y I didn't buy it, pls how much is it? A Doc friend of mine that is living in d states told me to buy it dat is very good. I really need it,cos I belive is that mc of a tin dat is making it difficult for me not to conceive. D last tym I went to scan,d gyno told me that everytin was ok wit me,but if I want to conceive fast that I should come for HSG. Am jst praying for God's help in our lives.

like Dreamsinbc said, i am also on EPO and Robitussin (wow, am always wet down there *wink*), actually looked out for Mucinex but couldnt get it, i got the Robitussin at Nett Pharmacy opebi Lagos for N1,190.
the Folic acid am taking is mason product N1k(100 tablets) it was prescribed by my gynae cos it contains 400mcg which is d recommended dose for childbearing aged women.

cos of my recurrent BV, he told me to increase my folic acid intake to 3 tablets daily, he also recommended Vit D3 4000I.U daily and i have been fine.

hope yu ar all doing great, AF finally showed its ugly head on saturday (5days late). in all, All glory to God. am presently getting my body ready for O and enoff BD.

throughout last yr, i was moving from one CAC pastor to another all to no avail, i went for several deliverance from spirit husband, still the thing would come to have intimacy with me, was sooo tired, frustrated and fed up. there was this paricular night that i dreamt that this man wanted to have intimacy with me but i was begging him dat we shd do it anoda day cos i was on my period to d extent dat i opened my pant to show him the blood stain. wen i woke up i was so mad at myself, why wld i be so cold like this. then i started aggressive prayers. i faced him and i dealt with him on my own, in my living room for several midnights, my dear sisters, that was how i got my breakthrough from spirit husband.
since then, i have been observing prayers/fastings on my own/with hubby..no running from one church to the other again, i only stick to our church.

why cant we use our mouth to decree, pray, declare and confess. HE said he has given us power and authority to trample/thread upon serpents and scorpions and over all powers of the enemy and nothing by any means shall hurt us. let us use that power already deposited in us, let us open our mouths and the LORD will fill them.

AF was supposed to come on monday, till today, nothing!
i dint want to test cos i have no symptoms whatsoever, not even the normal AF signs i get, i am even doubting if i ovulate this month, neither boobss cramps nor tenderness, no pelvic cramps or heaviness, no NOTHING maybe the predicte sef no dey talk true sometimes, who knows?
hubby forced me to POAS this morning, nothing!! BFN
my circle has been btw 26 to 28days for over a year, i dont know what is happening this month.
No sign of AF, no sign of pregnancy!!!ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Mar July: Please what are the natural supplement, vegies and fruits for low sperm count

i will list the little i know but my other mums would soon be around to help.

1. give ur hubby food rich in vits A, C, D, E and K as well as foods rich in zinc and omega3. you can get the supplements in pharmacy, i prefer getting the supplements separately, not the one dat has all the vitamins packed in one drug.

1. nuts and seeds - almonds, cashew nut and pumpkin seeds.

3. fruits and vegetables every day. also eat dried fruit and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated. Also avoid hot and spicy and bitter foods.

4. reduce stress and worry as much as possible.

5. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, too much of processed foods, tight boxers, hot bath and riding bikes

6. moringa leave boosts male libido, this will definitely boost male count.

7. A brother swore about yellow akamu (ogi, Pap) mixed with organic yogurt and pure honey.

i think this will help, not too sure but it might.

Antibiotics cause lots of damage to the body. one has to be careful.

@Joyfullmum, iknow exactly how you feel, it is well my dear, shit happens. forget abt the fact that you are a potential mother, even if you av finished giving birth, some in-laws will still insult you, its bound to happen. it does not bother me. i remember when my sister in law insulted me, i just smiled it off, mother in law later called me and tried to twist the whole issue so that i won't see any fault in what her daughter said, i just said 'oh that, it's nothing and i never showed my true feelings about the whole matter, even when my sisters in law have issue with hubby, they would always find a way of mentioning my name when being rude to hubby, the last time she said something like dat in my presence and hubby wanted to react, i just drew him away from the scene, went in back to appologise to her and we left, the older sister called me to appologise after the mother narrated the scene to her. my hubby was so annoyed and told me that upon all my mouth outside, i was too soft, i told him, your sister will soon get married and she will know what's up by then.

dear joyfullman, you know what i did, i prayed and the Holy spirit ministered to me on what to do. now, i call them once in a while unlike before, reduce the frequency of going to them house and i stopped discussing my home with them cos they av a way of asking indirect questions about my home and i would innocently start telling tales. believe me, things changed positively.

just take the case to God, HE will take control of your marriage and pls try to read your hubby's mood and way of life, he might not want to get in btw you and your sister in law or probably trying to protect you.

this is our set time, he will bring to manifestation what he has done for us.

@all, today, i'm on CD 14, ovulation day, no EWCM as usual, just something creamy and watery. i have finished one bottle of Robtussin with guaifenesin, the red one, nothing not even patches of EWCM just watery stuff infact i dont know what to do again, i drink lots of water, eat fruits, take EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) from period to CD 10, moringa seed and leaf, baking soda water/lemon.

our Pastor's wife used to organise prayers for those who are TTC, we were 3, now na only me remain for the prayer group. the 2 others ladies are pregnant. I was so ashamed and down, throughout the prayer session i couldnt hold back the tears.

i know dat GOD will not leave me out, HE will definitey answer me.

GOD please have mercy on us and open our wombs to receive your gifts. let it come quick LORD.

thick CM mucus during fertile period does not signify annovulatory, you can chat ur ovulation period by using BBT or predict to know whether u are ovulating or not.
if you are ovulating, then you need to thin out your CM by using Robitussin that contains GUAIFENESIN or Mucinex, these are cough syrubs. you can also use fertileCM or preseed lubricant. grapefruit juice from period to ovulation too is good.
