yeah,according to what i had too, i was told that timaya is in prison just because of Nico gravity issue, when i had that i wanted to confirm it then i called k.solo, k.solo was like timaya is out of the country which i did know that timaya is in prison but he doesnt want to tell me. so therefore timaya is in prison,
