Let me talk to you directly. You started your business to build something, not to be answering emails at midnight, chasing up clients, writing blog posts, updating spreadsheets, and still trying to close sales by morning. But that is exactly where you are right now. Doing everything. Growing nothing. The truth is: every hour you spend doing admin work, chasing deadlines, or writing content from scratch, is an hour you are not closing deals, building partnerships, or thinking strategically. That is money leaving your business quietly. Who am I? I am a Virtual Assistant and SEO Content Writer with 4+ years of experience supporting business owners remotely. What makes me different from the typical "I can type fast" VA is this: I have a B.Eng in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. That means I think in systems. I don't just do tasks. I ask why the task exists and build a better process around it. Clients have kept my SOPs running long after I stopped working with them. What you stop doing the day you hire me 1. Writing and rewriting emails you should never touch 2. Forgetting meetings because nobody is managing your calendar 3. Publishing blog posts that Google never finds 4. Doing competitor research at odd hours instead of resting 5. Onboarding yet another freelancer who disappears after one week What I actually do for you 1. Inbox & calendar management — zero important messages missed 2. SEO content writing — blog posts and website copy that ranks and converts 3. Research & lead generation — so you walk into meetings prepared 4. SOPs & documentation — your business runs even when you step away 5. Project coordination — deadlines met, updates sent, nothing dropped Who this is for? Nigerian founders, small business owners, coaches, consultants, e-commerce operators, and diaspora business owners who need a reliable, intelligent, remote right hand . If you have read this far, your business probably needs exactly this. Do not keep managing everything alone. Send me a DM or drop your WhatsApp below. Let us talk about what is slowing your business down and whether I am the right fit to fix it. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call, no pressure, no long story. Just a real conversation. 📧 emmanuelfirebrand@gmail.com 09071923367 📍 Remote | Available immediately

Hamachi:Burn out is real if your 9-5 already fully consumes your time. By fully consume, i mean, if you had to do a go job at work, you needed to give your full attention. So that leaves you with afterwork hours. Won't you rest? Except you're in a govt job that gives you plenty time, it's not advice able. |
Tailorcaesar:What do you mean by solar controller? I mean, I know what it is, but I don't understand the context in which you're using it. Are you sure you have the right setup? |

This rainy season, many people who spent money installing solar are already complaining. Some say their batteries are not lasting. Others say their panels are doing nothing. So let’s clear the air. Solar panels do work when it rains. But they don’t work the same way they do on bright sunny days. What most people don’t realise is that solar panels need light, not heat. Even with heavy clouds, there’s still some sunlight filtering through. That’s what the panels convert to electricity. Now here’s the issue: during heavy rain or several cloudy days in a row, your panel might only produce 10 to 25 percent of its usual power. If you didn’t install a battery or the right kind of battery, your system will run down fast. That’s not the fault of solar. That’s the fault of poor setup. Also, not all panels perform well in low light. And not all installers take time to balance the load in your house. If you're running a freezer, pumping water, charging phones, and watching TV from a system without storage, it will definitely crash. Another thing people ignore is how helpful the rain can be. It washes off the dust and dirt that builds up on the panel surface. A clean panel works better when the sun comes out again. So yes, solar works in the rainy season, but only if the setup was done right. Don’t let someone convince you solar is the problem when it’s actually the design. If you're tired of guessing whether your system can survive this season, or you're planning to install one and want it done properly from day one, reach out here: /+2347046197826

VergasStudio98:I was searching for details on this guy after he just scammed me on what was supposed to be a p2p transaction just now. The guy is a thief. His real name is Oluwatibiloba Daniel Koya. His phone number is 09123916901. I wish I could find a picture of him but unfortunately I'm still working it. Here's the logo he uses on his Whatsapp business account below. I'm grateful I didn't trust him with a large sum. Let's be careful of such people.

Hello Nairaland… Emmanuel here from Pristine Electrical, CCTV & Solar Services. Today, let’s talk about choosing the right battery capacity and inverter size for your solar setup… Imagine you just installed solar and expect smooth power whenever NEPA cuts off…After work in the evening, you switch on the TV, and suddenly, after about 2 hours, the lights go off. Frustration sets in because you thought this system would last you through the night…only to discover it can’t even run a fan for three hours. This happens because many people skip the proper sizing step. If you want your battery to carry all the load you have for a reasonable amount of time everyday, then you need to do some load calculation before you buy anything. Let’s break it down... 1. Calculate Your Daily Energy Use Begin by listing each appliance you want to run during an outage. Don’t guess, measure, or check labels. For example: 4 LED bulbs at 10 W each for 5 hours = 4 × 10 W × 5 h = 200 Wh One 50 W fan for 6 hours = 300 Wh A 32-inch TV at 60 W for 4 hours = 240 Wh Total daily load = 200 + 300 + 240 = 740 Wh If you forget to include your modem or phone charger, you’ll realistically burn through more than 740 Wh without knowing why. SO calculate everything and add extra for allowance. 2. Decide on Depth of Discharge (DoD) Most lead-acid batteries should not be discharged beyond 50 percent each cycle to avoid shortening their lifespan. To get 740 Wh usable, divide by 0.5…that’s 1,480 Wh of battery capacity. Required battery capacity = 740 Wh ÷ 0.5 = 1,480 Wh At 12 V, that’s about 1,480 Wh ÷ 12 V ≈ 123 Ah. In practice, round up to a 150 Ah deep-cycle battery, 200 Ah Tubular. 3. Size Your Inverter Your inverter must handle both running load and startup surges. Fans draw 150 percent more power at startup, so add a 25 percent buffer. In our example, 740 W × 1.25 gives 925 W—so choose a 1,000 W (1 kVA) inverter. If you plan to add a refrigerator later, start with 1.5 kVA to avoid overload headaches. Getting these calculations right means your solar system works exactly when you need it. Have questions?
