Dominic Ogbaji, who is Twenty-two-year-old and an indigene of Cross River State, is now gnashing his teeth in bitter regret at the headquarters of the Homicide Department of the Federal Capital Territoty (FCT) Police Command, Abuja, where he is being held in custody.
Dominic, an indigene of Cross River State, is alleged to have killed his elder brother, 32-year-old John Ogbaji, while he was asleep, for not giving him pocket money. The gruesome incident happened on November 2, 2016, at Ajegunle in Mpape village, FCT Abuja.
Dominic came from the village to live with his late elder brother in Abuja, while searching a better source of income.
Prior to relocating to Abuja, Dominic had been a barber but was not earning much and earnestly wanted a change. So John invited him to Abuja. Not long after he came to Abuja, he began to pester the brother to get him a job. The situation came to a head on the night of November 2, after the two siblings had eaten their dinner.

Jailed members of Brazil's most powerful drug gang killed 31 inmates at a penitentiary on Friday, decapitating and cutting out the hearts of most of them, in revenge for a separate prison massacre that left 56 dead this week.
The savage attack in the Monte Cristo prison in the state of Roraima, was carried out by members of the First Capital Command (PCC) gang.
The PCC itself was targeted on Sunday in neighboring Amazonas state in Brazil's worst prison slaughter in more than two decades.Horrific images taken inside the jail posted online shows the bloody aftermath of the slaughter.
One of the snaps show inmates mutilated and piled over each other after being butchered to death.
Officers and heavily armed military-like riot squad were deployed to stem the violence.
,Uziel de Castro, head of security for Roraima, blamed the violence on the Sao Paulo-based First Capital Command (PCC) drug gang.
“This is a national crises”“There was no confrontation, this was a killing spree,” said Castro. “It was barbaric. Some were beheaded, others had their hearts or intestines ripped out.”

The police in Kenya are reportedly on a look out for a woman named Bor, who allegedly bit off the ear of her lover's wife, Grace Washeko.
According to a report by The Star News , Bor visited the victim at her office when she engaged her and chewed part of her ear.
Washeko, who is now at the hospital for treatment reported the case to the police, who are not making efforts to apprehend the suspect.

A mother has given birth to four babies in just 11 months. Just weeks after giving birth to daughter, Mya, Becky fell
pregnant again.
The 30-year-old from Swansea, UK thought she would give Mya a sibling to play with. But she hadn’t bargained for falling pregnant with not one, but three, babies.
The triplets were born in January - just 11 months after Miss Johns had given birth to Mya.
Miss Johns, who lives with partner Jason Evans, said: "When strangers stop to see the four of them, they can’t believe that I had four babies in less than a year. It does seem hard to believe, and it was such a shock when I discovered I was having triplets. "We had only been trying to conceive for a week when I fell pregnant. It all happened so quickly."

It was reported that gunman dressed in a Santa costume has killed at least 39 people, including 16 foreigners, at a famous nightclub in Istanbul during New Year's Eve celebrations.
Armed with a long-barrelled weapon, the attacker shot a police officer before storming the elite Reina club in the Ortakoy area of the city at about 1.45am.

"Unfortunately (he) rained bullets in a very cruel and merciless way on innocent people who were there to celebrate New Year's and have fun," Istanbul Governor Vasip Sahin said, describing the carnage as a "terror attack".

Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said the gunman was still at large. "The search for the terrorist continues... Our security forces have started the necessary operations. God willing he will be caught in a short period of time."

Raising the death toll to 39, Mr Soylu said that of 21 victims who had been identified so far, 16 were foreigners and five were Turks. Another 69 people were being treated in hospital for their wounds.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), says blind candidates also cheat during examinations. They cheat by colluding. The Head of Test Administration of WAEC in Nigeria, Mrs Frances Iweha-Onukwu, made the revelation in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Wednesday. Iweha-Onukwu said the reason could be that the candidates were usually not well equipped individually for the examinations. She added that this had been responsible for what she described as ‘not too
