Don't be confused, though various countries use different words and in various representations, yet, they all mean same thing in this instance.
   Before i give lecture on this subject, it's mostly important to define the meaning and origin of the word Ethnic.
   The word Ethnic derived from the Greek word Ethniko (Εθνικό) which means: NATION.

   And the word County represents the chief administrative divisions of a country or state, as in the UK and Ireland

No, you can't combine NECO GCE and WAEC GCE together, You can only combine NECO with NECO GCE and WAEC with GCE. WAEC and NECO are different bodies.

It took about 12 working days when I applied, but I was refused. So, I did an administrative review because I was wrongfully judge by the ECO. I submitted my document for review on the 18th of last month and I have been waiting on it since then. But I got a call from the embassy today that I should come over to the embassy with my passport and need visa letter from my school for my visa. Help me praise God ooo!
