For those that Certified at German embassy,

Looking at the fact that the courses I am settling for,are not yet open for application for 2019/2020,,

will the German Embassy certify my documents without a printout(application form) from each of these courses being included?..

pls for those that certified @Germany embassy.

Please how many people submitted passport at the last week of September and have gotten theirs and please how many days does it use at the embassy before it is returned
