TECNO, the only company that will release two devices in one month with the same specs and just a slight difference. Camon c8 thread is awash with complaints of serious bugs in the "much anticipated" marshmallow update, why not solve that first? They never update their devices and even when they do it's a sordid mess. To the useless marketers with multiple accounts commenting on the thread just to hype their phones and deceive others into getting them, continue. All I care about is quality and durability in phones. Since I started using gionee there's has never been any regrets. And Gionee never compares to Tecno. Instead Tecno compares to iPhone, Samsung etc..

the funniest part about this phone you are raving about is that it wont sell. As far as this country is concerned, Tecno is boss.

Even Xiaomi note 3 beats Tecno boom j8 in all specs, not to talk about the pro with 3gig Ram 32gig Rom and massive battery of 4000mAh with snapdragon.

You will compare Xiaomi note 3 pro with Tecno's Phantom 5. Which even beats phantom 5 and very much less in price.

No need to tell you much, just Google the specs and see for yourself.

i havent walkd into anybody using this phone though. u people come here raving like it is d best thing after sliced bread, but people will still go out to buy tecno phones.

Gionee can never sell with the way they try to compare with tecno. I was in 3 chub to pick up a phone for a friend today, I was there for over 30mins, not even a single person was at the gionee stand. You cant even start comparing how many people use gionee to those that use tecno. even itel has more users than gionee

lol u are not serious i agree tecno sell more nd now try to produce good phones compared to before but technology wise gionee is very much better, no offense. My cousin's e7 of 2013 can compete with tecno phones of last year and its 4.2jb version but its upgraded now to lollipop over the air which tecno phone of same yr can boast dat and d camera is simply killing. U can check out the specs. Okay flagship vs flagship; phantom 5 vs gionee s8. Sorry dis will be some what cheatin cos s8 is diz years feb while phantom 5 is nov or thereabout. Now compare phantom5 to gionee e8 which is last year u will be overwhelmed am sure. Personally tecno have been doing a good job since last year and their phones are cheaper than gionee's(cos their major market is india nd china, naija is not a big priority to dem but dey try for us shaa) all i said is spec nd tech wise not pricing. udo

dat passport is too big. for now i will manage my iphone 6+ and my tecno j8. but i will def still try the priv, the reviews have been good

I have not tried the passport, but I personally have hatred for blackberry since 2009. Maybe the priv will change my mind.

That's what I am saying give them any phone so far it's good they will use it... unlike me I have straight preference to phone I can use because I needed some things in it more also I am never an android fan even though I use a Tab, but as I type it covered all in dust right now. My BlackBerry Passport does it for me and my business anyday.
