Meadow Walker, the daughter of late actor Paul Walker, is suing Porsche over her father’s death.

Paul had died when a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT he was in, which was driven by Roger Rodas, had lost control and driven into trees and a power pole.



Meadow, who filed the suit on Monday, claimed the car had design defects, which Porsche alleging skimping on safety features that might have prevented the accident or kept her father alive.

The suit claimed the model had a “history of instability and control issues” which Porsche knew about.

According to the suit, the seatbelts were designed in a way that if a crash happened, the seat belt anchor would be pulled back with the rear engine compartment, while the seat remained in its place. (Eish!)



“This snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis, flattening his seat and trapping him in a supine position, where he remained alive until the vehicle erupted into flames one minute and 20 seconds later,” the filing said.

“Absent these defects in the Porsche Carrera GT, Paul Walker would be alive today.”

Porsche is yet to respond to the filing.

The 7 Division of the Nigerian Army has destroyed over 2,000 cartons of dried fish estimated at 60 million Naira seized from suspected Boko Haram terrorists in Borno State.

Spokesperson of the Division, Colonel Tukur Ceremony, today showed reporters the recovered items in Maiduguri, the capital of the State.

Hello Readers,

My wife of 2years is finally pregnant now with our baby and it spans 4month as we speak. The problem I have now is that my wife farts uncontrollably everywhere, anywhere, anytime and almost every-time.

This has caused a big quarrel between us and she keeps telling me she can’t control her anus anymore. This is crazy and baffling because I am seeing her in another light from what I knew her to be.

She farts while driving, while cooking,during meal on the dinning, whilst sleeping and the worst of all now is while we making love she farts smelly devilish things. I am up against the wall now because I do not know if I love my wife anymore!
