Jobs/Vacancies / Want To Be A Co-founder In A New Startup? by flexty(m): 1:31pm On Feb 24, 2017 |
Hi people, my name is oyinghan felix, I am a graduate of petroleum engineering from the university of Benin, I am in my late 20s, married to a beautiful & industrious woman with a lovely daughter. We started a food, spice, cakes & pastries startup in Q4 2016 which to the glory of God has been very successful. We have a great business idea at the moment which demands more owners, finance, coporate attention and skills. Its a business that finds its market specifically more dominant in the Niger delta region (Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Cross river, Akwa Ibom, Imo, etc). Would-Be-Cofounder: 1. An entrepreneurial spirited person; be ready to invest in the business as co-founder, and also employed as a full time/part-time worker (negotiable with reasons) with an agreed monthly salary. 2. A person with Positve thinking, positive believing, positive actions. Be ready to abide by our human relations philosophy : "Don't Criticize, Don't Condemn, Don't Complain"-encourage, support, appreciate & love. 3. A person with a Can-Do mentality; never give up no matter the storm, getting things done by not succumbing to discouragement. 4. A person with integrity and ready to trust in the team and in the business. Others: Between 18-35 years of age, must be God-fearing (Christian/Muslim), minimum OND qualification, Smart & innovative, hardworking, sociable & fun-loving, have good networking skills. You must realise that strong times like recession makes people strong and brings out the best of us into good success. I encourage you to reach me through my email address with a brief introduction of yourself (age, ethnicity, religion, education, etc) and reasons why you are interested and why you should be considered. Thank you and see you soon. Oyinghan Felix felixtaye@gmail.com Cc: lala

omsal84: Later pple lk u will insult buhari wen at ur level u encourage corruption by donating such money to corrupt officials because of ur desperation. I advise u download d "wahala dey" app frm playstore immediately and report d case right nw. Its a case of extortion, no corruption is too little, if u overlook this one i bet u it will only get worse all through out d npower sheme. Make sure u get d names of some of the officials involved in d extortion especially the senior officials. Make sure u encourage ur colleagues to report as well via d app. Whistle blowing is d only way we can fight back @ corruption & its agents. God bless us all. #INOURTIME A potential Nigerian president 1 Like |

Business / Nigeria’s $4 Per Hour Among Least Productive Economies – Businessday by flexty(m): 11:58pm On Aug 11, 2016 |
Nigeria’s $4 hourly rate average puts it on the list of least productive economies in the world. This was deduced from a new analysis of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) data from the Organisation for Economic Corporation and Development (OECD) and hours worked data from the Central Intelligence Agency. Labour productivity, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), is derived as the ratio of total output (annual GDP, current prices) to labour input (total hours worked per year). With this as basis, Nigeria’s productivity per hour is approximately $4, according to NBS data. This represents a 52.5 percent increase in labour productivity over a five-year period (2010 – 2015) and a 12.2 percent between 2014 and 2015. Luxembourg, with a population of less than 600,000, clinched the crown of the most productive economy in the world, as its average productivity per hour hit $44 per hour. Norway came next with $35 per hour, Australia $29, Switzerland $27, Germany $25, and the United States of America $23 per hour, among others. The least productive economies included: Estonia, $11 per hour, Greece $9.4, Russia $9, Mexico $6 and Costa Rica $5, among others. Nigeria’s $4 per hour secures it a place on this list of least productive economies in the world. Interestingly, the most productive economies turned out to be countries with shorter work hours, per worker annually. The most productive economies Luxembourg has 1643 hours per worker per annum, Norway 1427 hours, Australia 1664 hours, Switzerland 1568 hours, the Netherlands 1425 hours and the United States 1789 hours, among others. The least productive economies paradoxically have the longest work hours per worker per annum. Greece has 2042 hours per worker per year, Russia 1985 hours, Latvia 1938 hours, Mexico 2228 hours, Costa Rica 2216, and Nigeria 2050 hours. |

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE APTITUDE TEST FOR THE 2016 NIGERIAN NAVY RECRUITMENT EXERCISE 1. At the close of online registration for the aptitude test for the 2016 Nigerian Navy Recruitment Exercise, it was discovered that some centres have so many candidates. Accordingly, for better management of the candidates, coupled with the need to ensure a hitch-free exercise, additional centres have been created in some states and the candidates distributed to the centres according to their surnames in alphabetical order. In addition, the candidates in some centres have been further divided alphabetically into 2 groups. The first group will write the test from 7am-10am, while the second group will write the test from 10.30am-1.30pm on 14 May 16.
