If you read some messages back, you'll see myself and someone else complaining of a similar issue. Mine is the exact same as yours.

But I just checked now, and it's working now for me. It started on Friday. I called 217 Friday, Saturday and Today. I also reached out on Whatsapp more than once.

It's really crazy. The customer support is very useless. Is yours working well now ?

Please guys I need help on what to do or what could be the problem. My installation was done on Saturday and the installer called me on Sunday morning that it was activated. So I was able to connect and use for 15mins, since then I have been trying to connect, but na wahala, it was connected but saying no internet. The lights were all green throughout. I called 217 severally they said, I should disconnect and restart, which I did but still no solution till now. Installer said he did his part already. Meanwhile I also called the 217 this morning to confirm if it was activated and they said yes. They escalated the issue to their tech support. Has anyone encountered this type of issue with mtn fibre x? Abeg o wetin I fit do like this.

i checked the link and it's saying site cannot be reached.

Then contact them, it could be an error on their part. They've already moved past your date 2 weeks ago. They aren't going to circle back if they don't know. If they had noticed, they'd have done it by now

I didn't booked under 2 categories and I have been checking spam inbox everyday, to think I confirmed the second email from them about retaining my spot. This is crazy

Have you checked your spam mail? Are you sure the email you're checking is the same email you used to register? Did you book an appointment under 2 categories?

They've given up till september 25 already. You're supposed to have gotten 2 weeks ago. Did you confirm your appointment in April last year?

Why not mention that particular documents here so people can rightly advise you?

The person who interviewed me requested that i send a particular document through courier.
Please is there a particular way of sending it, or i just take the document to DHL and send it to embassy address. I'm just scared of mixed up and them not adding it to my file... If you have any idea please help

I just got this email from the consulate

“Dear Sir,

With regard to your visa application, we kindly request that you submit the following documents to the Consulate.

Proof of incoming insurance that covers your stay in Germany for 180 days or statutory health insurance or private health insurance.

Please also indicate your intended travel dates in writing, keeping in mind that your departure should be scheduled no sooner than 10 days after the date you send us the documents.

Do not buy your ticket until you receive your passport with visa in it!

You may either forward them via courier service or drop them directly at the gate of the Consulate.

A print out of this mail is necessary in any case

good evening guys, please i want to know if the old method of sending documents to uni-assist still exist or there's no need to send mail documents over but just upload everything digitally.

Guys I need an advice o. I booked appointment november 2023 and it seems things are moving fast unlike before, so I am wondering if it will make sense for me to process winter admission. For the fact that she told you on short notice and you don't even know this so called friend be a man that you are and reject that idea immediately or else she will do more than that later. It's not even trust issues but having a policy.Don't let what you can't handle later on start.
