mufutau55:
1. Make sure the sides of the windows on the outside is plastered rough or scratched if you intend to put window hoods.
But it's more better if the window hoods are done on the bare blocks for added strength.

2. YES.. no plastering needed if you are going to use POP, no need to plaster the under decking. It will not affect any smoothness because POP sheet will be laid to cover the decking anyway.. unless you just want to screed the under-decking and use cornice on the sides, then you should plaster it...

3. Mine was plastered all the way to the bottom, because it can be scratched on the bottom when laying the skirting for the tiles. I have done many other projects like this in the past and never a problem.

Note and Disclaimer: I am not a qualified professional builder, so all the advise given above is from previous experience only.

Hajji M.
you are on point on every thing you say there. Professional builders will say nothing short of sir.

PropertiesRe: Please Help How Much Do I Need To Build This 3bedroom by florest(m): 9:53pm On Jan 17, 2017
The budget should be around 4mil - 5mil though it's still subjected to finishing taste, so it can be a bit higher than that. That is why I am are here.

I think the space between the 2nd and 3rd rooms should be bridge, creating a passage between both to give privacy to the shared T. n Baths.

[quote author=smart024 post=52876852]Why are toilet inspection chambers directly beside the main entrance door...?

The issue raised about the visitors toilet door in the living room should be reconsidered too...

Then the store window should be shifted away from the toilet window by at least 450mm...

Aside that, its a good design...

There are errors in entrance door placements, but it's not beyond correction if handle by competent builder, or he should take it back to his archi. for corretion.

You are the only one had given a reasonable contribition while some people are just being critics for nothing
PropertiesRe: How Much To Build 3 Bedroom Bungalow At Oke Afo Area by florest(m): 10:40am On Jan 17, 2017
I have done some work like that in that area, your budget should be around 4mil to 5mil.
But to get good estimate, get your building plan first, coz u will need to base your estimations on it.

[quote author=mufutau55 post=52670197]Sorry.. I miss this.
1. I will advise you to continue using the 9inches blocks because of the size of structural columns (pillars) and beams that may already put into the building.
But you can use the 6inches in some areas for partitions. If you are trying to save on cost, 6inches won't save you much money.

2. Sorry this is not easy to estimate because no building is the same. Calculation of the blocks will need the plan with all the measurements
readable on it. If you know how many blocks was used on the ground floor, you could estimate on the top floors.

Hajji M.

I think using 6in. on the upper floor will reduce some weight on the structure if he is not thinking of shedding off some cost.
Between 2700 blocks to 3000 should be for the work

@Op, there many factor to consider her, first is your land condition, this will great determine d type of foundation, 2 location, 3 your finishing taste, that will determine your overall cost to say d least.
I presume your budget to be as low as 4.5mil-6mil., low to moderate budget,
And as high as mil.- 7mil.- 10mil. Base on you plan here, but your taste is what count, like doors , tiles, roofing, wiring and so on.

Then they aren't 'atheists' in the strictest sense of the word. My understanding of Karmic Justice involves the supernatural. An atheist denies the supernatural.
My reference to you, readily available now is many articles in religion section on this forum, take out time to search topics on religions and God, and you will found even the most harden atheist guilty as charged.

Atheists do not believe in Karma. Do you believe in Karma?
I don't believe in karma or the idea, but I have met/heard many atheist who fondly used this word in letter and in words. It just raise a question in me, if this people who denied the existence of God, but embraced the idea Karma. What did they said of it? Are they not invariablyinvariably testifies that is one greater than Man, able to judge and recompense every man according to his deeds?
Christianity EtcWhat Is The Point Of An Atheist Who Don't Believe In God But Karma, Who Is Karm by florest(op): 6:33pm On Sep 19, 2016
I have always wonder at the way some people do thinks when it comes to issues about God, To so many, God is a Spirit, to others, God is embedded in man, in one Believe, God is all things animate or inanimate, in other God is what you make out for yourself, and bring yourself in submittion to. But to the atheist who outrightly denied the existence of God, yet acknowledged a karma to caught up with anyone who do wrong.
What/who is this Karma If not God who recompense everyone according to their deeds.
