Based on what i read, its been used to cure diabetes. But am unsure as to the type of diabetes it cures.

As for the preparation, she cut the fruit into pieces, and put inside a small keg (like a 10ltr keg) and leave the mixture for three days. After which u drink from the mixture morning and night with a glass cup.

Although since she started taking this mixture, she no longer buys the costly diabetes drugs she previously used to buy every month.

Note... Its quite (as in very) bitter. I know this because i normally drink it as a malaria medicine too. Infact everyone in my house now drink the mixture as malaria medicine embarassed )

Ps: you can read more about it online.

Thanks so much for your feedback.

Would you mind sharing what her fasting/random blood sugar levels were before she started taking it and what it is now? Is she diabetes free as a result of taking this herbal concoction, or it helps regulate her sugar levels daily? Has she ever had hypoglycemia as a result of taking this mixture? If I read you correctly, does it mean that she's no longer on any medication for diabetes?

Also, how many of these fruits does cut and put in 10L of water?
From the pics you sent, it seems the back of the fruit is not used?
How long does the concoction last before it's discarded? I suppose it's stored in a fridge or freezer?

When used as an anti malarial, how often is it taken for one to get well?

Pardon my questions, but I know you had good intentions to put this post up in in the first place, hence the need for more clarity as we may not know how this knowledge would help more people.
God bless.

I guess.

She said it also cure illness such as diabetes.

Dear poster,
Please how did she use the fruit and for how long? Would appreciate if you can share the steps in preparing the mixture she took and what ailment it was used to treat. This is to enable others who may have similar issues know what best to do as Ignorance is the main killer, not even the diseases we fear most.

Thank you.

Congratulations to zino89

I went for hormonal profile on day 10 of my cycle

Please kindly assist with the interpretation

FSH 2.6
LH 5.81
Prolactine 32.97
Estradial E2 178.64
Progesterone .86

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Can you repeat this test on CD2 or 3 of your next cycle to throw more light on your LH: FSH ratio. Your testosterone levels should also be checked same day. Thereafter, progesterone test on CD 21 or 7 days after ovulation depending on your cycle length is also recommended.

Take care and keep calm.

Good day Fruitful Mothers and Fathers of nations.
I am here to testify of God’s goodness to me. I
just got my BFP after about a year of #TTC2 and I am so grateful to God for leading me to this group, as the wealth of info that I gleaned from here helped to make my TTC journey shorter.

I actively started trying to conceive few months after my baby turned 1 last year, but my period became very irregular and although I reached out to the gynae that delivered me, he reassured me that it would regularize within 6 months. Yet my period remained irregular even after the 6 month timeline had elapsed, and what got me worried was the fact that I was spotting in between periods, with erratic cycles ranging from 22 to 45 days. I started searching Google for help and I was almost convinced that I had PCOS, especially as I always had breakouts on my chin every cycle which is typical with PCOS patients. My digestive system was also messed up as I couldn’t sleep well at night even if my last meal was by 4pm but ironically, I was not even losing weight at all. From my research I realized that once your body metabolism is out of order, hormonal imbalance is also inevitable.
Fast forward to Dec 2019 when my family doctor offhandedly suggested that I do TVS to be sure that I was even ovulating, and also do a hormonal assay as I had visited the hospital for an unrelated medical issue not related to TTC. Imagine my shock when the follicular tracking that I did that cycle revealed that I did not ovulate at all, but had follicular cysts perpendicularly arranged on both ovaries, even though I had seen EWCM that month. At this point, I knew I had to make a drastic change in my diet and lifestyle. In one month, I lost about 6kg through diet and light exercise mostly brisk walking. I also started taking apple cider vinegar, yoyo bitters, ate mostly fruits and salads, etc. The tracking for January 2020 revealed that I ovulated but the right ovary was still polycystic, however, progesterone test done 7 days after ovulation was just 6ng/ml. So I had to visit a gynecologist for professional medical assistance in February 2020.
He confirmed that I had PCOS and placed me on Letrozole 5mg from cd2-6, metformin 500mg cd 1-14, folic acid, vit C. and some antibiotics to treat infection. Hubby was also treated of infection and opted to do SFA just to be sure of his fertility status. Although his parameters were well above average, he started taking Vit E 1000mg, Vit . C 1000mg and Zinc 100mg just to boost our chances. On CD 12, I had only 1 mature follicle measuring 19mm from my left ovary while the right remained polycystic. I was given trigger shot same day and felt strong ovulation pain for like 3 days. I also took vit B6 50mg after ovulation as I had learnt from here. However, my period came in March and I was so glad that at least I had a regulated 28 day cycle and another opportunity to try again. This time around, I took charge of my fertility the best way I knew how by doing extensive research and deepening my fellowship with God.

WIDD

· I drank ji mmiri oku a.k.a. yam pepper soup (uda, utazi, uziza & nchawu combo) on CD1 to cleanse my system.
· Evergreen folic acid, CD1 till date
· Nature’s field 1000mg Vitamin E, CD 1 - CD16
· Letrozole 5mg, was led in my spirit to take it from CD4 – CD 8.
· Chewed Alligator pepper and ginger together from CD1 – CD4 as some mamas here testified that it worked for them in clearing cysts. I didn’t even use up to a pod of N100 alligator pepper and about 1ginger root. This combo is veryyy hot and not for the faint hearted but I didn’t care. Lo and behold, the sonographer at my day 14 transvaginal scan at the diagnostic center that I had been using since December 2019 was surprised to see that the cycts had all disappeared and I had 2 mature follicles from both ovaries! Even my right ovary which was a stubborn PCOS party member had to realign itself o. lol.
· I bought and used Bragg’s Apple cider vinegar from CD2-5 or so, as the one I had used in previous cycles was another brand that did not have the “mother”. This may have also contributed in clearing PCOS from my body although I did not take it more than 5 times.
· I stopped taking vit E on cd 16 and switched to vit B6 instead on CD 17. However, I upped my dosage of vit.b6 to 100mg as 50mg did not give me BFP in my last cycle as I clearly had progesterone issues given my last progesterone result for the previous cycle. Bought the N1 counting type and I think it’s DN meyer brand of Vit B6.
· I did Baking Soda Finger from CD 12-15 to balance the pH of the vagina, as I had read some testimonies from Google on its efficacy.
· I made & drank gorontula syrup (snot apple/silky kola) from CD 12-15. I stumbled on this while I was buying ginger in the market and the seller was telling another customer about how good it is for libido and fertility. I got just a few as I had heard of it on a TTC group that I belong to. It really does increase libido although the effect was not immediate.
· I did not get a trigger shot as I was certain that all I had done so far had given my body the cue to get it right this time. Being PCOS free this cycle really encouraged me and besides, I did not need immature eggs incase trigger shot is administered prematurely.
· Took baby aspirin/Vasoprin 75mg (Low dose aspirin) once a day from CD 21 till date. I took this because my endometrium measured 6mm on day 14 and although the sonographer said it was ok, I learnt from here and several TTC/pregnancy boards that it was necessary especially if you’ve had a history of miscarriage and I have had one MC.
· Daily Basal body temperature (BBT) charting from CD 19 after I got a digital thermometer, as the manual type was just too annoying to use daily. I noticed that my temperature remained consistently elevated between 36.8°C and 37°C and this also gave me a boost, as it showed that my progesterone levels were in a good range to support pregnancy.
· Did progesterone test on CD 22 as I guessed from changes in my CM that I had ovulated on CD15 and I had also felt a very slight twitch on my right ovary on CD15. I was amazed to see that it was 21.448ng/ml. Wow!
· I started taking 1000mg of Vitamin C from CD 23 although it wasn’t for TTC reasons.
· Hubby continued taking the supplements mentioned earlier.

In all, I return the glory to God for enabling my body to carry a child again. I pray that the same God that did this for me would guide our paths to exactly what would work for each of us, as our bodies work differently.

Sprinkling loads of sticky baby dust to us all in Jesus name, Amen!
