I don't think they banned the use of Twitter. I think they banned the operations. Meaning twitter won't be able to run adverts and the likes.

I might be wrong though.

The problem here is not the statement from the Federal Government but it's actual meaning, looking at the motive behind the statement you will understand they meant banning Twitter indefinitely but like always they didn't come clean in stating their point so that it will be so easy for them to debunk it tomorrow when they are summoned as false news and point ESN and IPOB or even PDP to have hijacked Federal Government Twitter account.

Having taking a look at the applicants for the NPower program especially those not yet shortlisted, I am forced to believe some factors might be responsible. So therefore, whatever category you find yourself, these factors will help you understand why it's happening or happened:

1. Grace,Faith, Luck or God factor (For those that believe in any of the above aforementioned always have the believe that spiritual forces, cosmic forces or Supernatural being at work, everyone with their own believe)

2. Delay in carrying out your registration (Procrastination, poor network connection must have prevented you joining the que of those selected or perhaps you conquering those obstacles paved the way for you)

3. Grade (Most times Scoring good grades doesn't guarantee success, at least we have so many first class graduates that are still
testifying to Buhari's kind gesture
in keeping everyone unemployed and are roaming about the street. Poor grades too doesn't mean disqualification or failure. This is already visible because we both have poor grades and high grades applicants being shortlisted)

4. Filling the Wrong NPower Sector e.g Your discipline not falling in line with the section you're applying for, a graduate of pharmacy going for Ntech or N -Agro. Don't expect to be selected except you know how to pray)

5. Being too confident or excited(More than 50% of those not yet shortlisted falls under this category. Something might have been playing a fast one on you causing you to be over excited or too confident to observe some abnormalities from your own end during registration, Uploading of documents for verification etc only for you to see those confidence and excitement disappear now. Most times nature has a way or two of depriving us what our true desires are, when we think deeply achieving success, we might end up falling below our expectations. This factor always favour the less serious minded people)

6. Choice of location or State (if the required number of applicants needed for a particular State is exhausted, they will stop shortlisting those that filled that particular location)

7. Man Know Man (This factor needs no explanation)

Note: Batch C stream 2 will be out shortly, but we know this is Nigeria or perhaps United African Republic (UAR) where second list is majorly privatized and bought by the highest bidders. So if you know anyone that knows anyone better start making your move, the earlier the better. Non the less, we all needs to be optimistic especially now that the ball is no longer in our hands hoping that Batch C stream 2 won't share a closer resemblance with how our Tertiary Institution Admissions(VC's List) always appear.

Congrats to all those shortlisted and have finished the Biometric wahala.

Since this Government have decided to be denying their foolish statements and threat claiming someone else to be behind them, let no Government Agency go after any one again. We are already in the era of the UNKNOWN.

Anyway as a Chelsea Fan I am confident and bold to say that Gadiola isn't the best tactician in modern day football given by the quality of players he has, Thomas Tuchel (Tochi) proved to be the best tactician in modern day football.
They should try harder next season, or else if Citizens of Hell are only Local Champions that only knows how to run rat race ( Premier League) in England, not always easy a newcomer in Champions League Final winning the trophy the first time except Marseille that did it in 1992 match against Milan.

It depends on your personality, if you are sexually active you can continue rolling with him, but if you are not I don't see reason to be in the relationship because you will always feel undervalued and unhappy.

One funny thing Nigerians have failed to realize is this..."Their wickedness,greed and hatred for each other is habitual, it took more than 50yrs for them to master these abnormalities and now they are already closed to perfection perpetrating any form of vices, corruption and violence, I hear them clamoring for secession, some regions wanting to break away. That's not the solution to Nigeria's woes, it's just like cutting your nose inorder to spit your face. The solution to her problem is for all her citizens unlearning all they have learnt from more than 50years ago, if not even if the secession happens, it's just a matter of 2years every region that was part of the old Nigeria will start experiencing what's presently happening now". Everyone seems to be looking the wrong direction.

My dear the thing is affecting many of us abroad, it's really bad that other nearby African countries are affected also especially blacks because you need extra efforts to show you are not Nigerian.

I have taken my time to look at the challenge of insecurity in Nigeria, I noticed that the government is not sincere in her fight against insecurity. No part of Nigeria is safe anymore, not even Ask Rock according to Nigeria's First Lady and yet the present government seems busy chasing shadows, displaying high level of ignorance.
This government is selective in her approach since she already declared IPOB a terrorist group, take for instance if the Leader of IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his group of IPOB Soldiers took the same approach Boko Haram took (note: a terrorist organization and one of the top 3 terrorist group in the world) will he and his Soldiers still be alive till this day? Or will there be a time this government will forgive IPOB Soldiers and reintegrate them back into the society in the name of them repenting?,
Boko Haram and Fulani Bandits are still in existence because they are being pampered and breastfed by the government. I know is not easy killing criminals from your place especially when you are related to those criminals, but in the spirit of fairness government should withdraw their support and for once allow the same force fighting Eastern Security Network (ESN) fight insurgency in every parts of the country.
Without that Buhari and his government are only pouring water inside a basket and expecting it to get full.
Nigerians are crying because everyone except this government is affected, assuming their husbands, wives, children were victims of these insurgency and insecurity, I don't think a soothsayer is needed to tell us if Boko Haram and his likes will last longer as it has now...
