There is a twist of faith and law here! Firstly, it is a church related work. Secondly, the pastor was being paid salary and other other statutory commitment such as Pension, HMO! Or else, he would have claimed he was used and dropped!

And Governtment were collecting PAYEE tax from Winners Chapel from service of the ex pastor! This makes everything Legal! In the case of Jesus, there was no appointment letter, they just followed Him, some even sold their lands and assets to further the gospel!

If I was the pastor and I truly wanted to serve God, I would not have gone full time! You can still be a pastor and run your business or secular job! In this case there was a employer and employee contract which means, Winners can be sued!

All these are just emotional or sympathy cry from the young man! If he can bear fruit, then he should start his own ministry or business and prove Bishop Oyedepo wrong! I am an employer too and I can tell you when someone is being paid to do a work, there is an expectation and even if people are giving the offering , the church is still accountable!

Even Jesus said, any branch that does not bear fruits He will cut off! This is a basic principle of productivity!

When most of our students comes in for ITIL V3 Foundation training, i know their expectations are high.
They want practicability. Some have read it books yet could not understand it.

But in real sense, ITIL which is a defacto standard for quality IT Service Management did not promise practicability, instead adaptability.
