when mtn first came out with extracool and xtra whatever we were all happy to see the the new development,but i was more than amazed when i read through the advert made in the sun newspaper about this new metthod of billings they wrote at the foot note that the customer care service would be free from october first 2006 which they did but they also moved further to make an unfulfilled promise that there would be free gprs and content downloading to start from november 28.i was more than happy on seeing this but i ahd to wait endlessly for mtn to fulfill thier promise infact i had to call the customer care centre to ask them about this when my patience failed me but they were unable to give me a reasonable answer that would settle my disturbed mind.i just wanna ask if anyone here know abt this,or they are still upgrading their system as they always says, we wanna enjoy free browsing through our mtn line,can somebody join me in asking them wwwhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
