Where do I even start from. My story is very complicated.
I'm an old awardee. I just graduated from EE in UNN in December 2018. I got the scholarship in second year (2015). However, my colleagues and I who wrote the exam at the same time, were not paid the first bursary (via the ATM card) until January 2017. I have not even gotten the money yet because I was very unfortunate to be an Imo state indigine and to collect the ATM card, I need a clearance letter from the Imo state scholarship board which I have been denied time without number because Agbami has refused to send the names of Imo state awardees.

The 2nd bursary was paid around Dec 2017 directly to our accounts. That's the only one I have received till date. Now, we are in 2019 and the story just got worse as it seems they have forgotten awardees who use other banks other than GT bank ( I am a First bank customer ).

I did not at any time fail to meet the requirements for renewal of the scholarship or change department. I also uploaded my transcripts each time they requested that we do so.

I have called their help desk, sent numerous emails to Chevron and Dragnet, gone to GT bank in Lagos, called Dragnet, etc. all to no avail.

God help us. I am so frustrated. Anybody who can help me with info on how to tackle my problem with the first bursary should pls let me know and save a soul. Thank you.

I had same issue when I lost my card and was asked to bring the award letter.. but resolved it at my state gtb branch.. you can always get your card.. but they haven't paid this year tho. fidelity bank.

last year ,the money was paid directly into the account we provided not the GTB. How sure are you it will be paid with GTB this time?

if you have read through maybe you could have understood better... it's not for the recent payment.. many scholars have their money sticker in the agbami account as a result of lost or damaged card which they had no idea on how to get the card back.. it's just last year they started asking for account numbers so scholars from 2012-2016 who lost their agbamii card or got damaged and never bothered about updating their results on scholastica or getting a new card thinking they already lost the scholarship might have their payments already deposited in those agbami accounts... they bank won't automatically transfer the money to the new account you provided last year, it will still be in your agbami account.. And those cards are automatically produced at the HQ provided their is funds in the account

All 2012,2013,2014,2015 and 2016 agbami awardees that has either lost or damaged their ATM card should not lose hope.. the cards are automatically reproduced provided your account is funded.. I lost mine in 2014 and I wasn't even doing update on my scholatisca account till this year.. a friend told me to go to the gtb head office in lag, met a lady who helped me with everything and my card has been at their bank since 2016 and was suppose to expire Nov 23rd this year, I collected the card and it was with #600k balance my payment for 3 years.. so some of you might be broke and have huge amount laying an dn wasting in the bank.. don't dull..
