Who told you one can't use it in downloading stuffs.remember these are just settings in Airtel with a different ports numbers which any strong vpn app such as stark or tweakware can bypass. To use it just downloaded these apps and you are good to go

Bro don't regret not making distinction. Just ask for God's favour. Even weak upper credit gets admitted while distinction candidates are left to try again the following year. So ask for Almighty God's favour.

I have a windows 8.1 64bits laptop. I av been through a lot trying to install visual Studio c++ 2015 redistributable.
I wanted to install python 3.6.1 and the installation failed due to missing dll files. I have tried different tutorials downloading then manually pasting the files msi-runtime-crt blah blah in system32 and systemWow folders and
I also downloaded visual Studio 2015 redistributable from Microsoft website and tried installing which failed during installation.
I even refreshed my computer but it didn't solve it
Please computer gurus in the house, help a brother. I need to get my python interpreter up and running. Thanks

It's working perfectly for me. You should check your anti virus, if you are using avast it usually consumes a lot of data for real time protection so disable it and activate windows defender.
Disable windows update and stop BITS services in the task manager.
If you are on Android , play services consumes a lot of data in the background. Disable temporarily it if you don't need it.
Also if you are tethering with your Android, remember your Android consumes data and so does your computer so to estimate ur total data usage, you have to sum the two.

I really don't have any problem with it. My android net manager usually record 500mb at the end
