Bro that is a very serious case oo... You will need to know the exact package those agent package for you before changing to anything that will make your application look and sound stupid..
1. Didnt you gey full details of what is packaged for you from those agent and let us know the transcript of your previous application. Thanks
I didn't give him any details since he said he's an immigration lawyer and I felt he's a professional, Looking at the interior and his staffs at his office, one will definitely lose guard. I only told him I wanted to visit my white woman friend and he gave excuses then to confused me and said he will get me a nice package and ihe charged me 150k which I eventually paid him 70k
So, the two lies I seriously which to erase now is the issue of US contact and the company where he says I'm working but I think I can state that ihave resigned the job to handle my own printing job but I don't know how to erase the issue of the US contact, I don't have any family as US contact which he had filled....Pls enlighten me

Hello Gurus at home, kindly help me out, I wish to nullify and correct my lies as I wish to reapply with my wife and little son now. I've been denied twice but without applying with my wife and kid:
I guess I've been denied twice due to lies agent filled for me through all I've been reading here, I was packaged to working in a company I don't know anything about, they also wrote a name related to my surname as my US contact when I don't have any relation except a white woman in the US and when I went to accused them, they kept shouting at me with impunity.
But now, I want to adjust my DS-160 with all truth cause I've really learn how to apply for US visa by myself on this forum. So one of the question is,
1. Can I filled that I've resigned the job since last year after the visa denial and I've concentrated on my own graphics and printing business which I've been running 3yrs alongside that job that I will be claiming I've just resigned from
2. Can I state I don't have a US contact or enlighten me on this pls?
3. Can I now use the white woman, friend of mine in Arkansas as my US contact or book hotel reservation in Chicago which is where I wish to visit now?
4. I do pick Arkansas as my place of visit, pls can I pick Illinois, Chicago now?
5. What is my chances of being granted when its me and my family that's traveling, won't the consular says I don't have any tie back home?
Pls, your Swift analysis and solutions to each problems will be highly appreciated as I'm at the edge of filling the DS-160, Thanks in anticipation....LadyG and the Gurus in the house

Thanks boo. I just dey. MB no dey to answer kweshun again. grin

@folarinstr:
Yes you may have A different contact person for each application. Change is the only constant thing in life.
As for cheap flights, the only way I can know is by checkng wakanow.com , skyscanner.com or online generally. And I don't do research for people that they can easily do for themselves. Tips I can give however are; book ahead, let your travel dates be mid Week for egs travel tuesdy or wednesday, use different systems to browse cos these websites have cookies and once they give you a quote, it remains the same and try checking at night.
Happy surfing
Thanks so much, I really appreciate your swift response.

Hello lady G, pls can you help me with answers to this 2 question? I will be glad you do.....
I've applied twice and get denied. I want to re-apply but the question is, can I use a different person and from another state as my US contact from the ones I've been using?
The second question is that do you have an idea of the cheapest flight price from Nigeria to Arkansas?
Thanks

LagosNIV:
Good morning everyone, VisaOfficer has departed Nigeria but it is clear that there are still many questions so I will make an effort to continue answering your questions!

I am a U.S. Foreign Service Officer working at the U.S. Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria. Like all of the VOs in Lagos, I handle both Non-Immigrant (NIV) and Immigrant Visa (IV) interviews. The purpose of this thread is to provide a forum for your questions about immigrant visas. My colleagues and I will make every effort to answer all questions within two business days.

Please note that we cannot answer questions about specific cases, except as based on the information provided here in this discussion thread. Any responses in this forum are not to be taken as legally binding, as they will be based only on what you tell us in your questions, not on the information in any actual case. While we will attempt to explain U.S. immigration policies, any opinions expressed are the personal views of the writer, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the United States Government.

We may not be able to respond to every post in this thread, and we will not answer abusive posts. Also, please don't send me private messages -- I don't even read them. If you need personal attention, please send an e-mail to LagosIV@state.gov.

There is a separate thread for Non-Immigrant Visa Questions, also handled by U.S. Foreign Service Officers serving in Nigeria, at https://www.nairaland.com/1792662/u.s-non-immigrant-visas-listening . Please use this thread right here solely for questions about Immigrant Visas and Diversity Visas.

Regards,
LagosNIV
Dear V/O,
Thanks for your educative effort. Pls I have just 2 questions to ask you.
1. Does a baby of less than 2years pay for flight ticket from Nigeria to US?
2. After I have paid for US visa fee at the GTBank, how long can I hold the receipt before booking an appointment? Thanks
