Well, concerning your wife visa, i learnt nigeria now issue visa on arrival, so i guess she would have the visa here and not there. You can make more genuine findings though

Also, i learnt Delta airline landed in nigeria today but i still.want to know if americans came with it to visit nigeria or does it convey only nigerians coming back home?
What i mean is, are americans now allowed to visit nigeria amidst the covid 19

Life is Virginia is pretty calm and good. I happened to visit New York and didn't like it a bit. Now the Virginia Beach area, Chesapeake and some parts of Norfolk that i know are safe. Down town Norfolk is not a safe neighborhood from what I've heard, people complain a lot about it.

Its ok. And yes, i will surely go yo yhe high court when im ready and make sure i get the cert from them at all cost but thats when im ready.
Im not even at rush and thats why im gathering the needed information towards when im ready
One of my problem is that i wish to go for the spousal visa but she is a nurse and cant afford to come here twice but once. From some info, they said for spousal visa, she has to visit atleast twice, so this is a blow to me

Seriously i felt bad with ypur previous response after ive told you that i did traditional wedding and blessed with kid but i couldnt continue with my ex yet.

Anyways, i spoke with one woman at ikoyi registry and she said it wont be necessary to do high court since its not white wedding but with the deny to the customary divorced judgement, i will make sure i get that of high court judgement

As to how to go about it, i dont know because ive not done it before or had anyone done it before, so im planning of going to high court and explain myself then follow their instruction but im open to your advise

Not that I’m aware of, it’s only the K1 visa process available for fiancés.

Im sorry for disturbing your peace.
My understanding to K1 is that the intending couples are just to meet in person while the foreign spouse goes back to file for the spouse here and all this lasts between 5 to 7months

But what about the package that the couples marries when the foreign spouse visits?

someone on this thread made had this same issue he got divorced (I think from a customary court) and he didn't change it to show that it was gotten from a high court and he was denied visa even when he showed them the judgement from the customary court. Maybe you should go through the beginning of this thread.

Bro, this is what i mean. Let me use myself as example, in my last B1/B2 interview appearance, thats 2years ago, i filled in my DS-160 that im married but to a Nigerian.
Now, ive met a new love from US after i and my nigerian wife has gone our separate ways 6months ago
So, my question is, if i apply for K1 visa with a divorce certificate of my Nigerian ex, will i be denied?

Did you ever fill a US application form in the past and indicated Married on the previous application before this K1?

Even if he has said hes at the previous application but came with a divorce certificate or letter, will he be granted?

Why Sharjah and not dubai. Are you aware of the stress and cost to get to dubai from sharjah after the stress flying from nigeria?
