Sincerely, I'm torn between this whole idea of uploading of docs. I have been able to print out every necessary document without uploading any.. I've been equally scheduled for clearance. In my own terms I don't see it as necessary'

Check your firewall settings. Temporarily disable your antivirus protection & see if the problem persists.

It obvious u are facing SOFTWARE/DRIVERS Issues....
What Antivirus are u using... Ur firewall could be where the problem is...AVAST is guilty most times.
