I agree with sammorad, post mortem is best done by vets, cause a detailed history plus systematic evaluation of all organs is carried out to unveil the cause of the infection. And from the picture of the few organs displayed, it's hard arriving at a specific cause. However from the history you gave (paralysis, greenish diarrhea) it possibly a case of Newcastle disease as the Nervous system and digestive system are usually affected. A number of disease could present such clinical signs too, so to be safe I'd suggest you consult a vet near you so as to safe the rest birds. I'm so sorry for your loss.

They become paralyzed suddenly,withdraw from food n water and their eyes are always close as if they are sleeping..Their poo is greenish n milky in colour,die after few days of showing these symptoms.

Looks like a case of Coccidiosis in chicken...caused by a protozoan in this case, Eimeria specie. The oocyst destroys the intestines with evidence of haemorrhage (the blood you see in the intestine). And infected birds shed this oocyst in the litter contaminating feed and water. You could give an anti-coccidiocidal drug like Amprolium( in the drinking water) . Be sure to change the litter and avoid spilling water on litter too.

lol. Marek is very hard to see since most hatchery vaccinate their doc from the farm

Yeah it rare this days So I've heard,but cases of vaccine failure could occur and make pullet susceptible to coming down I think. Please if you see any rare case, just remember me. Thanks for responding, I'm grateful. Have a wonderful weekend.
