Omega 3

Omega 9
Omega-9 monounsaturated fats are found in various food sources with the most amount of the nutrient found in olive oil. Other sources of Omega-9 fatty acids include fresh seeds and nuts, avocado and sunflower oil.

It is important to ensure that your daily intake of nutrients includes each of these essential fatty acids, particularly paying attention to intake of Omega-3. Dietary supplements can be found that contain 3-6-9 fatty acids combined or you can take them separately or add foods to your diet that are rich in these fats. For best results, look for supplements that use fish and flax oil for the Omega-3’s, and borage oil as a source of Omega-6.

I really need to share this story. So on Sat I went to a wedding n I met someone who I knew had been trying to get pregnant for 18months, she was very heavy. After congratulating her, she told me a strange tale. She had suffered from PCOS. With history of irregular periods from puberty. She told me about 3 months ago she developed fever, body pains. Also, U might have bought the fake which is a thick yellow lotion (instead of milky and runny in texture) and does NOT come in a pack or carton. Thinking of a selective hsg. Anesthesia will be used. Its geared towards opening of the tubes. I really wonder what they think when you're going thru pains and having spasms, how will the result be accurate? For anyone taking Serra, GUIFEI to unblock tubes, I advise flushing/selective hsg with the use of anesthesia afterwards. That's if laparoscopy cannot be done without doctors order.

My sister even dis last hsg I did it in a big place oo where dey say it won't pain me oo yet I still feel pains oo thou dey say dey have injected sometin dat won't make it pain me I don't know if dats Wat u call anesthesia. Thou d pains was short but I still felt serz burning pains around my waist afterwards. Am yet to do the laparoscopy cos d hospital was on strike den.
