The uterus is well appreciated - normal size and shape. Measures 8.9 × 4.0cm (length and AP diameter).
There's mild thickening of the Endometrial stripe in the upper half with fluid collection.
Both ovaries are enlarged; with multicystic changes.
Rt Ovary 5.7×5.1 cm
Lt Ovary 5.7×4.3 cm
Each cyst on the Rt has an approximate volume of 2.7cm^3
Pouch of Douglas is hazy.
impression: (1) sub acute endometritis. (2) Bilateral follicular cysts (13th day of circle). (3) sub acute pid.

My advice to any on ttc is to focus on a medication at a time. My sister inlaw took me to an alagbo who gave me some concotion made wit lime to use this very month, saying that it will clean the womb. Thank God i didnt use it. It would have changed the story.

Uwc dear. I will suggest u give it a try serzly esp if ur doctor recommended it. U might not know if dat is Wat God will use to open ur tube finally. Pls do not loose hope at d verge of success. I heard the procedure really helps in clearing out fluid in the fallopian tube esp if dats d only blockage. Pls Wat type of operation did u do before? U shall get ur btp sooner dan u cld eva imagined. Baby dust to u.

Hydrotubation is a process done in order to try and open ur tubes using a kind of dye ie if u have a blocked tube. Some people call it flushing but doctors call it hydrotubation(a process in which he will be monitoring d procedure thro d screen). It works well for some in opening d tubes n does not in some. I tink d success rate of it is dependent on Wat blocked d tubes. Ie if it's sometin it can be easily flushed out n not a growth. Pls i stand to be corrected if am wrong. Got d info from my doctor although have not gone thro it yet. He was not well satisfied with my HSG result so he suggested him doing me laparoscopy ie pending wen they will call off d strike To know if my tubes r really blocked. Then he said if blocked he wld suggest ivf or tried hydrotubation if I can't afford ivf. Hope dis helps....

I had an HSG test last year and they saw tubal blockage and submucous fibroid and my doctor suggested surgery so I flee.
my marriage is getting to 2yrs but no preggo.and I suffer from severe menstrual pains every month I mean severe as per wen it comes I can't stand up erect or do anytin.
yesterday I went for another HSG test and here is the result. Pls help me interprete d result and advise me on Wat to do pls......
HSG result:
1) the cervical canal appears irregular in its outline with irregular filling defects noted within it.
2) the uterine cavity is preserved in its size and outline with persistent deviation to the right side of the pelvis likely due ipsilateral pelvis adhesions.
3) there is a persistent dilatation of the right fallopian tube fimbrial end with minimal peritoneal contrast medium spill.
4) the left fallopian tube appears persistently dilated with no peritoneal spill noted from its fimbrial end.
5) intravasation of contrast medium noted.
conclusion: Bilateral hydrosalphinx with right.
I will be seeing my doctor 2moro but pls I need u guys to interpret it ist for me n advise. Tanx. Baby dust to u all....

There is hidrosalpinx in your enemies tube. I think you need that serap, that drug picture posted above and guifei bao to clear it.
