These appetizer recipe is very healthy and also perfect for vegetarians. They’re enjoyed by many, it’s a good appetizer for any occasion of event.

Ingredients:

A pack of button mushrooms
Minced garlic
chopped spinach
crumbled feta cheese

Procedure:

Step one: preheat your oven to 190°C

Step two: Get a pack of button mushrooms, remove the stems and set them aside.

4 ripe avocado

1 large egg

¼ teaspoon of nutmeg

7. Heat up the vegetable oil for frying in a deep pan on a medium- high heat. Once the oil is got, put the cut up chin chin into the pan and let it fry until it’s golden brown. Repeat this for the remaining chin chin.
8. After frying the chin chin, put it in a paper towel lined tray to dry the oil and let it cool off for a bit. After cooling, place in an air tight container and that’s it! Your homemade chin chin is ready to be enjoyed anytime you want.
