Only 11 state house of assemblies have worked on the bill, the rest have not touch it for more than 6 month it has been transmitted to them.

Local Government autonomy would have become autonomous while power would have been moved from the exclusive to the concurrent list and other important issue will be solve by the constitution amendment the state assemblies have failed to pass
