Emenalo was good at his job, he helped in signing many good young players for Chelsea, but as usual paranoid coaches like Mourinho and Conte can't work with young and upcoming stars....they prefer ready made.

Guadiola and Pochetino are better coaches.

I'm happy for Emenalo. He oversaw the most successful period in Chelsea's history; literally winning every trophy.
