RomanceWhat Happens When We Hurt Our Loved Ones by forefronttmg(op): 5:31pm On Feb 20, 2015
I know most people do not believe karma but the truth of the matter is that it exists and may hit us when we least expect it. To live a long and happy life, it is always safe to clearly define what you want in a relationship before you go into one. And when you are lucky to get into one, also define the relationship explicitly with your partner before it gets too serious.

I have seen relationships that ended the wrong way simply because the other person was expected more (or less) from the other. Please before you jilt and hurt (maybe because you met someone you feel its better) the person that has scarified a lot for you and loves you so dearly, please note that you will likely go through the following stages after the breakup:

Stage 1: At this point, you will find out that you will be trying so hard to proof to yourself and others around you that you made the right decision by ending your ex. At this stage you will possibly be enjoying your NEW found love.

Stage 2: After a while, you might start seeing flaws in your new partner and probably wonder why you left your ex in the first place. Your ex at this stage is gradually be healing from the pain you caused them and will likely still be vulnerable (or probably wiser). If you decide to come back to him/her at this point, three possibly things will happen. First, he/she might still forgive and accept you back because (maybe) they still love you and is scared to start something new with someone else. Or he/she may just accept you back but will never be committed to you again. Lastly, you might find out that they have already moved on with their lives (with a new guy/chic who is way much better than you are grin )

Stage 3: The Law of Karma sets in. At this stage, you will see yourself fighting so hard to be loved and appreciated in your other relationships. However, at this stage, some people will be lucky to get another chance in love by simply asking for forgiveness from God, from your ex and from yourself.

Thus, in order to avoid these experience, try as much as you can to honestly define what you want in a relationship so that when you are finally in one you will not have any reason to leave the person.

PS: If your partner leaves just have it at the back of your mind that the law of karma will catch up with them and that you will eventually meet someone who deserves your love.

Cheers!!!

Here's my advise to those of us that were not called, stop trying to analyze this whole process it will only give you a heartache at the end. I learnt my lessons last year but I must tell you, I didn't regret not going for MSc last year because I got a very cool job a few weeks I was disappointed by NDDC. I applied again this year because I still the need to improve myself and to utilize this opportunity. Put your trust in God and move on, I can assure you God has a very BIG plan for you. You will definitely go for you MSc/PHD in grand style at the right time.

Thanks so much for the information. It's very helpful. The Lord is our strength.
examexpert: Hello ALL.

My interview went very very well. i reach the hotel venue before 12:00noon.

for those of you who will be going for yours soon, below are some tips of what you need to be prepared for based on my own experience.

1. Make sure you have a original and photocopy of all your documents which i will mention here
(Print out Ref Number that you got after you finish completing the scholarship application)
(Dress code should be corporate and not a *causal wear* you must look confident and smart)
(documents are: Any ID card: Int Passport, Drivers License, etc. local government Identification, NYSC, First Degree, WAEC or NECO cert, Guarantor letter or Recommendation letter from your village head or local government chairman, Ref Number from the completion of the online application, carry your score on your head, two passport or more in case of..,

PLEASE be sure you photocopy all the above mentioned documents because is very very EXPENSIVE in the hotel "Presidential Hotel". I bought a bottle of water for N500. Make sure you buy yours out side before going inside, because the tension where go hold you, go need much water.

Don't go with the mind that you'll print it out of your mail in the hotel which is N200 per print and photocopy is N35 per page. So if you get plenty money.. then that guy in the business center is look for you. LOL.

When you enter the hotel, you will be checked. so don't go with a GUN. The document check room is the first floor of the hotel. so just ask and you will be directed kindly.

When you are in the hall, you will meet two able men and a female. she is a kind and loving woman. i advice you relate and walk to her. for document verification as you will be given a form to fill your name, state, and the ref number as mentioned above.

Afterall, you will take the form back to them to cross check your information, which you will drop the photocopy with them. all with be staple together with you two passport in the front.

As you will be waiting for your turn, a lady will later come inside and calls name of candidate to carry to the interview floor. the 7th floor of the hotel.

When you reach the hall way where all of you will sit and start talking to yourselves in tension, lol... you will be called in one by one. in the panel are two women and six dr, prof, engr, psychologist, nddc director (Dr.(Mrs.) C.V.N.Atako) who will be facing you directly.

Note: First question, Dr.(Mrs.) C.V.N.Atako will ask you to tell them about your course you intend to study so the understand as she is the one that holds your file. Next one of the prof or engr who is very proficient in your field of studies will fire you his own question. If you answer correctly, another engr will also fire you. GOD BLESS YOU. lol

Note: If you go in and you are going for a program outside you own first degree, then they will ask you stupid questions like, who is the chief head of sokoto and so on.

Note: just make sure you a very sound in the field you r intending to study so you can impress them very very well.

Have no fear as you will be given N10,000 for your transportation afterall by a beautiful lady "Guys.. don't be carried away Ooooooo" lol.. Kidding

All the same, I scored well in my attitude test and the interview, i preformed and impressed the panel members very well as am highly good in my area of specialization. I won't disclose my score now, as bad belle people plenty...... Don't worry as i know everyone of you guys will impress the panel members.

Don't be afraid and be smart, bold, and intellectual. Stand your grounds if the ask you a question which is not correct. Proof to them that is not coming correctly and stand your ground that you are very good and you deserve the scholarship and you will make them proud.

Note: All above is based on my own personal experience of my yesterday interview and i believe this will work too for you. ONLY IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND GOD.

Let me know your out come as it will help all of us here........ GOOD LUCK GUYSSSS and GOD BE WITH YOU

I studied Agricultural Economics but I am going for MSc in IT-related course and I currently work with an IT firm. I just got a mail from NDDC for the oral interview invite. In the area of specialization section, it is showing Agriculture. Also, during the 2012 NDDC scholarship interview last year, the lady that interviewed me told me its easier to get the scholarship for Agricultural courses than in the IT. Now am confused.... What do you guys advise? I honestly want to go for IT-related course because am in the field now

net2224: @forefront_tmg: i wrote d test and i scored good mark. Please when can we expect feedback from NDDC. My concern is that they will not make the same mix up like they did initially.
I'm sure there won't be a mix up this time around. Just relax in the due time they will call us for interview. The good thing is that they started the process on time unlike last year they started in July.

akinwole21: Please for those who wrote yesterday,if you don't know a question can one navigate forward and come back to it afterwards,or if you go forward u can't come backward.
My advise, if u don't no a question, keep moving forward. once u r done u can go back. There's limited time for the test for one to waste on a particular. Here's the trick, most of the questions in the ending part are easier so it better u answer easy ones first that u are sure of and then if u have time u go back to difficult ones
