Hi everyone, Please I want to find out how much fund is sufficient for one to apply for UK general visitors visa. |
I know most people do not believe karma but the truth of the matter is that it exists and may hit us when we least expect it. To live a long and happy life, it is always safe to clearly define what you want in a relationship before you go into one. And when you are lucky to get into one, also define the relationship explicitly with your partner before it gets too serious. I have seen relationships that ended the wrong way simply because the other person was expected more (or less) from the other. Please before you jilt and hurt (maybe because you met someone you feel its better) the person that has scarified a lot for you and loves you so dearly, please note that you will likely go through the following stages after the breakup: Stage 1: At this point, you will find out that you will be trying so hard to proof to yourself and others around you that you made the right decision by ending your ex. At this stage you will possibly be enjoying your NEW found love. Stage 2: After a while, you might start seeing flaws in your new partner and probably wonder why you left your ex in the first place. Your ex at this stage is gradually be healing from the pain you caused them and will likely still be vulnerable (or probably wiser). If you decide to come back to him/her at this point, three possibly things will happen. First, he/she might still forgive and accept you back because (maybe) they still love you and is scared to start something new with someone else. Or he/she may just accept you back but will never be committed to you again. Lastly, you might find out that they have already moved on with their lives (with a new guy/chic who is way much better than you are )Stage 3: The Law of Karma sets in. At this stage, you will see yourself fighting so hard to be loved and appreciated in your other relationships. However, at this stage, some people will be lucky to get another chance in love by simply asking for forgiveness from God, from your ex and from yourself. Thus, in order to avoid these experience, try as much as you can to honestly define what you want in a relationship so that when you are finally in one you will not have any reason to leave the person. PS: If your partner leaves just have it at the back of your mind that the law of karma will catch up with them and that you will eventually meet someone who deserves your love. Cheers!!! |
Hi Guys, My husband is studying in the UK and I want to apply for a visa to visit him. I am currently working and I can only possibly get 2weeks leave from the office. What type of visa should I apply for? Should I apply for the general visitor visa? Thanks ![]() |
Thanks |
Here's my advise to those of us that were not called, stop trying to analyze this whole process it will only give you a heartache at the end. I learnt my lessons last year but I must tell you, I didn't regret not going for MSc last year because I got a very cool job a few weeks I was disappointed by NDDC. I applied again this year because I still the need to improve myself and to utilize this opportunity. Put your trust in God and move on, I can assure you God has a very BIG plan for you. You will definitely go for you MSc/PHD in grand style at the right time. |
Congrats to all those that made it, the Lord is your strength. For those of us who were not called, its not the end of the world, am sure God a better plan for all of us. Don't feel discouraged |
Omonjoe: Patiently waiting... Pray we all make it!Amen |
I envision testimonies rolling in this week. |
Thanks so much for the information. It's very helpful. The Lord is our strength. examexpert: Hello ALL. |

I studied Agricultural Economics but I am going for MSc in IT-related course and I currently work with an IT firm. I just got a mail from NDDC for the oral interview invite. In the area of specialization section, it is showing Agriculture. Also, during the 2012 NDDC scholarship interview last year, the lady that interviewed me told me its easier to get the scholarship for Agricultural courses than in the IT. Now am confused.... What do you guys advise? I honestly want to go for IT-related course because am in the field now |
danieee: I am yet to receive too. Any idea of the cut off. I know someone who scored 26 and another who scored 33, and both got the sms inviting them for the interview.I no someone that scored 25 and was invited, not sure of the cut off though |
net2224: @forefront_tmg: i wrote d test and i scored good mark. Please when can we expect feedback from NDDC. My concern is that they will not make the same mix up like they did initially.I'm sure there won't be a mix up this time around. Just relax in the due time they will call us for interview. The good thing is that they started the process on time unlike last year they started in July. |
akinwole21: @Forefront_tmg: thanks for the info. You welcome, I wish you guys the best |
akinwole21: Please for those who wrote yesterday,if you don't know a question can one navigate forward and come back to it afterwards,or if you go forward u can't come backward. My advise, if u don't no a question, keep moving forward. once u r done u can go back. There's limited time for the test for one to waste on a particular. Here's the trick, most of the questions in the ending part are easier so it better u answer easy ones first that u are sure of and then if u have time u go back to difficult ones |
The test was ok.... I thank God, scored 32 |
Based on last year's format, their question are from current affairs, verbal and quantitative reasoning. 60 questions to be answered in 30 mins. You just need to be fast.... |
Yes, there was some errors associated with the first sms |
I also received one just now, lets see what their plans are |
I got the message too. On 27th March, but it wasn't my name they wrote on the text message. I guess its current affairs, Quantitative and verbal reasoning |
Hi, Good day all. Please can someone tell me how much one can get a projector in Abuja. Thanks |
Hi everybody, Please I need cool songs for my wedding. It could be a Nigerian songs as well as foreign. Thanks... |
The only thing I can say is this, may her soul rest in peace. As for the so-called Ifeoma, she has no claim whatsoever cos even if you try to google Ifeoma and Andrew Harvey, the only wedding picture you will see on google.com is Goldie and Andrew. So make she go rest... |
