I'm actually a silent follower in ds forum, so pls pardon me if I ddnt use ur "terms". I'm a first time mom and my LO came on 16/11/14 wch was 5days after my EDD(scan), calculating frm my LMP, my edd is 17th. I just noticed mucus plug(show) wen I used d toilet on d previous nite b4 delivery. Meanwhile, av been looking forward to ds ever since my EDD. I wld go to d toilet often to check if there's mucus or blood bt ds particular nite, I was just restless truout dt night. @ around 4am, my water broke. It wasn't a gush and a drip and I was wondering if I wee wee on my body. @daybreak, I took my bath as early as possible(feeling happy within me dt in few mins time I wl b a mother) and did some laundry(so so unusual of me to wash cloths in d morning) I did all ds based on d info av gathered dt u need to exercise to quicken labour. After d laundry, I decided to take a walk bt while I was going, water was dripping and my cloth was wet as if I wee wee on my body. I then proceded to d hospital and d dr sed I'm 2cm gone. He encouraged dt I stay back @ d hospital and continue wt my exercise bt he sed he doesn't assure me dt I wl put to bed on dt day(even though I was already anxious to c wot my baby wld luk like). All ds time I was nt feeling any pain @al. Afta 30mins, ds strong menstral cramp came and I was like....today na today. It would hold me and leave me @ a regular interval.later it was coming often dt I no fit waka again. I couldn't eat my breakfast dt DH brought for me and tea sef I no fit drink. I was just shouting calling on doctors to come and induce me. As if dt was nt enof, d cramp left and ds strong urge to sheat came. Ds pain cannot b explained ooo bt na season film. I kept shouting I want to poo poo and d nurses sed I shdnt push o cos it was nt yet time and I could tear my uterus if I did. Ds urge is soo strong dt wen it came, it pushed out my anus and made me utter so many tins, @ first it was coming and going bt later, it came and I can't even remember if it left me. While I was shouting no doctor came to me o and na so so student nurses dey show face. I was on my feet and dey would ask me to lie on my back (so painful) so they can take my baby's heartbeat. @ around 1pm I called a doctor(DH's fren) to com check ao my cm gone cos I was in serious pain.all ds time, my water kept dripping @ increased volume. When d doc came he checked me and instructed dt I shd b taken to labour room. I was given an injection on my tigh and was asked to push and wt 3pushes I had my LO who weighed 3.4kg. I had episotomy plus 2tear with cervical tear sef. I ddnt even mind because d joy is having my LO who's a boy. I was later given oxytocin drip to stop bleeding and dt is ma story ooo. D uninteresting part of it now is dt my stitches av cut( I don't kno ao manage) and av been asked to com back on ds sat to resow*sad face*
