I'll suggest you replace the keyboard.

Good morning Computer gurus. What's the solution to some keys on the keyboard not working and because of that it also hangs my laptop. I bought the laptop (brand new) August 2022. I noticed this fault October 2023. the model is Hp 15 intel pentium silver.

Computer gurus please i am facing a challenge. When i boot on my Hp laptop,it will show the windows logo then write please wait. For like 20-30mins,the "please wait" signal will still be there until the laptop goes off on its own or I forcefully off it by removing the battery. Please what could be the problem? Hello.
I need help please.
I used my laptop a night before,the following day I tried booting it on but it says "preparing automatic repair" but goes off. I have tried booting on again,it stays loading and off again.
What could be the problem?

I'm having some difficulties in getting a guarantor. The one I manage to get is far but he sent me soft copies of his voters card,passport photogtaph and data page of his international passport.He doesn't have National ID.

My questions are:
1. Can I fill the guarantor's form myself while using his documents?
2. Can I use voters card in place of National ID/slip?
3. Will they request for hard copies of the guarantor's documents on getting to the passport office?
