awa: Sunny Bobo you are on point.
I am not from Akwa Ibom state but I have been to that state before and after Akpabio Governorship and all I have to say is that if 2% of all elected Officials over the years have done what Akpabio did in that state then Nigeria would have turn to Dubai.
I challenge Akwa Ibomites if they fail to rally round Akpabio by standing up in his defence they might never have such a proactive Governor anytime soonest.
This is why I feel Buhari's anti corruption war is biased. How can the likes of Tinubu and Amechi be there and EFCC would turn their searchlight on a fairly responsible man that worked for his State.
IF BUHARI CAN DO FOR NIGERIA WHAT AKPABIO DID FOR AKWA IBOM STATE THEN I WILL SINGLEHANDEDLY DEFEAT BH BOYS, NDA, IPOB & OIL PIPELINE VANDALS.
Stop confusing the Zombies giving them the impression you are working. Can't stop laughing as people are pouring some venom on Akpabio.
Where person dey work na there him dey chop from and na him make Oyibo call am WORK-CHOP.
I rest my case. Zombies oyaaa start insulting me now. Call me Ipob or NDA I don't care.... what a pity dat u are a citizen of Nigeria. so where person dey work na e him dey chop.. ..was he not paid salaries and allowances. so he should be praised for enriching himself with state resources rite... |

yorex2011: Using the ten commandments as an analogy doesn't follow here. These lists serve as just guidelines but can actually be counterproductive depending on the situation, the ability to judge the situation and make the best choice based on how deep you have thought about it is the wisdom.
Wisdom should tell you that you shudnt kill, you don't need a list for that..
Generally when it comes to relationship matters, anything goes so most times these things don't work. Take Bishop Adeboye's statement about marrying men that don't have jobs. Think about it, which sane man will want to get married without the ability to take care of his family, a man doesn't need a list to tell him that... do u know some men steal to satisfy a girl. so wisdom should tell u that u shouldn't steal... I tell u some men impregnate girls without having a jobthose list can never be counter productive d person in discuss is girl no wife |

tempest01: This is madness....
The federal government cannot disarm the herdsmen, cannot even rise up against tribalism to condemn their activities, cannot do what they swore by the holy book to do - protect lives and properties. when communities stock pile arms in self defense, then intelligence report comes in, and the military becomes effective. They can now cordon and search .
They will then release statements that are favourable to them.

Farmerforlife: All the comments are deriding him for his motives, not concerned about the dressing of Christian students. One even said they should wear agbada if they want. Another said that they should go and get their court order. How is this opposition to church robes? On the contrary, we Muslims believe that one's religious beliefs should take precedence and one should behave in conformity to his/her religious beliefs... whatever they are.
Yes, that is why Muslims always request for their rights LAWFULLY through competent courts of law in their jurisdiction. Also, Muslims are the ones doing the Will of God, in our decency, morality and clean living. Why did the Christian missionaries introduce the half naked mini skirts and armless tops for female students? Did they do so for personal titilliation? Only God knows their real motives, but it is time to redress this debauchery and lawlessness, if only for our Muslim youth. You Christians can send your daughters to school in spagghetti and bum shorts if you like (when you get tired of washing heavy, sweaty church robes daily).
Your repartee does not have an effect on me. I dont even report such 'abuse'. Christians are well known for empty talk.
Faith is in the heart and mind, not on the tongue, though you Christians wouldnt probably understand that. A terrorist can only convert others to his terrorism, not to Islam, and any person who accepts to convert to terrorism wholeheartedly, was already one in his heart before his conversion. It should even worry you as to why terrorists are able to convert people of your faith so easily to their creed? So many ISIS, BH etc members are former Christians, even educated westerners. It should worry you that they prefer even the violent ideology of the terrorists to their former 'righteous' religion of christianity.
By the way, your last statement is an empty threat, unless you refer to the Day of Judgement, in which case, I concur...we shall see then. terrorist are muslims simple.. .don't deny ur brothers in arm.... they are every trying to establish islamic states.....Somalia., Mali., Iraq., Syria Yemen etc is dat a religion of peace |

Farmerforlife: Chuckle!
The hereafter is your eye opener bro, time will tell.
Matthew 7:
"21 Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord," shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?" 23 And then I will declare to them, "I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness."
Not that I believe that the Bible is authentic. C.D. Lewis, Dr Bart Ehrmann and thousands of other doctors of divinity have described comprehensively that it is not. But you might still believe in it. is d koran authentic..... how do atheist come up with foolish explanation of d book he does believe in... and u expect to say d truth |

Farmerforlife: Maybe because Christians did not get a court order to establish their rights, but decided to use childish tit for tat and religious blackmail. The question is, can the court pronouncement be interpreted to include church robes? If yes, I am sure that Osun state will happily oblige.
For we Muslims, we dont care whether you even have a court order or not. Do you see Muslims taking you to court to prevent you from wearing church robes to school? Wear whatever you wish, have you ever seen a Muslim teacher oppressing a Christian for dressing as a Christian? We are used to the childish behaviour evinced by Christians, we are just not going to keep tolerating it, and this is what is now creating friction... you want us to live by your rules forever. Not going to happen, Sorry. ur religion is a forceful religion okay... a lot of u will come here and deny what ur terrorists brothers are doing yet whoever dey convert they include them in ur religion.... don't worry the time is coiming and it shall come |

Farmerforlife: You are right, Africa will soon be almost all non Christian, just like Turkey, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Morrocco, Albania etc; against all the prophecies and expectations of CFAN 1900-2020. Though Christianity had a headstart of 600 years, and despite the fact that Christians of all persuasions have engaged; and are still engaging today; in oppressive wars of advanced weaponry and rampant media/online calumny against Islam, Islam is still set to overtake Christianity worldwide. Just go check out Muslim gains in Europe and the US; where the Ex-Christians (now atheists) have turned away from the Pauline manipulation of Jesus, we Muslims are reviving his true message.
The Quran was right...
<< And say: "Truth has now arrived, and Falsehood perished: for Falsehood is; by its nature; bound to perish." >>

I check comments like that of praise010 and I shake my head for Christianity in Nigeria and the world at large. We tend to rationalize our reasoning and think objectively while these other people's actions are deliberately and calculated to wipe out Christians on the surface of the earth (God forbid!) How can we explain the fact that Saudi, UAE and other wealthy Islamic countries are not taking refugees from their fellow Islamic world, Europe in there dumbness keeps accommodating potential terrorists in the name of political correctness? they refuse to learn from France How can we explain that fulani herdsmen(disguised bokoharams) are terrorizing and displacing christian dominated communities like Benue and southern kaduna and nothing is being done from the presidency??
