Letter of accreditation? What's that? Please enlighten me.

Letter of accreditation from international body such as ABET,ASIIN, etc are required for admission into master petroleum engineering at Tu Clausthal and letter that your bachelor degree programme was accredited by NUC or COREN is not enough,the school requires internationally recognized accreditation. So if anyone is applying to TU Clausthal and will pay application free of 75Euro and bank charges of almost 10 Euro and you don't have the accreditation certificate copy ,it is a waste of money, time and hope

I stayed in Ibadan and the rule in Germany with DHL is that if you are sending application to institutions it is #10,360.My friend did this year and I did last year .
I will still do this year to TU Clausthal but my headache is the letter of accreditation and that was the reason for rejecting my application last year

Instead of this, use TNT. the only difference is the expected date of delivery is extended by 2-3 days and cost only 10.6k

DHL is 10k and 3 working days

please how do i provide letter of accreditation of my bachelor degree programme as our universities has no international accreditation.a letter from the TU CLAUSTHSAL this evening made me understand that if the etter is not from an internationally accredited body my application will be rejected based on that,pls help
