lilafolabi: Pls, i did the apt test dec 14, got a mail saying i was successful.. waiting for the documentation ish.. my problem is that I didnt do Neco only did waec.. got the waec certificate tho but it has a defect.. my picture isnt clear at all... im told it takes a long time for waec to correct that.. so im holding on to the defective waec certificate for now.. will it be accepted for documentation??
