I once used Epiderm cream to clear some small spots on my face so I wanted to apply it to that spot alone but my sister adviced me against it so she asked me to apply it all over my face. Within 3 days everything was gone and all back to normal but once I stopped for like 3days it came back again and to my surprise it's all over my face like pimples like rashes. This has been going on for like some months now. I know if I use the cream now it will go within three to four days but I don't want this to continue anymore. As am typing now my face is itching me. Please what can I do to Stop using this epiderm and the rashes not appear again

hello house ? I started applying epiderm on my face some few years back , when I decided to stop it , my face started becoming rough...then I tired to use skineal to control it .. and it worked out perfectly as I wanted ..but now that I have decided to stop the use of skineal.. the side effect came back again ... now went online to read about the creams ...saw it contains steriods and its only meant for short usage not the way I have used it ... now I wanna ask the dermatologists in the house .. pls how can I deal with this side effects ... any natural or traditional way out please ... I just want my face back to be normal .... thanks
