Unless he takes the vaccine, the yellow fever card issued at the airport is illegal and should be reported. There is no where in the world that yellow fever is equivalent to 5000 naira. Go to the actual hospital and take the vaccine. It is not painful. You get you card afterwards.

it’s not illegal you can take the vaccine at the airport I took mine last year. Though they asked me if I want to take it or just the card I decided to take it right there at the airport

Thanks for all the helpful information on the forum, for everyone still waiting, hang in there. My biggest lesson was that I should have done priority. If you can afford it, do priority!! In the end had to postpone my travel date - costly and stressful.

Biometrics 17th August. Today we tracked and saw it says transferred to VAC.

I wanna know how long it will take to get response?
Is there any way we can know the decision prior to receiving passport?
Also we still might not be able to meet deadline to enroll. Is there any way around this?
Even if he gets his visa after then, will he have trouble at POE?


Just confused and worried.

There is no reason to panic here. All you need to do is reach out to your school and explain and it doesn’t take more than 2-4 days for get your passport at this stage unless there is an issue just like a few other people are experiencing.
Some get transferred to vac same day and received in vac same day and collection mail same day. Just chill you may be lucky. If u read through the trend u will see visa alert u will see how long it took from this stage if everything goes smoothly.

Hello house, my cas application just got rejected because i have previously studied at masters level before in the UK and am now going for MBA. I actually stated this in my application and also submitted my transcript and i was given conditional offer for payment of deposit now the visa compliance team are now saying i don't have progression. After i have paid deposit since two month ago and waiting for them to give me cas.

Please if you know any school i can apply to for January that will give me cas even with my previous masters in the UK.

Uk is fast becoming Canada before now they won’t care if you have 2 masters already but now they want to know your career progression. Now you need to be more convincing. Your SOP should explain why you choose to do MBA after having a master and how the MBA will lead to progression in your career. Abi u wan just Dey gather masters they want to know. So I’m sure you have reasons for going for another masters so in your next application put all that reasons in writing and must be convincing enough. Tank u

Please someone help me. I am asking for a friend. How long does it take for application to reach VAC and fedex-ed to the applicant. There is no mail received yet, but the tracking today showed the application transferred to VAC (it has been on application received by DMC for over 3 weeks till today).
Please what is the usual duration.
Will it get to VAC by tomorrow?
When will the applicant be able to get it.
The school has already started classes, and last date of enrolment is 26th. He has written the school already updating them of the situation, but yet to get feedback from the school.

Please what can be done?

Yes you can.
I used a single email address for my family of 6. I also sent emails asking for our BRP letters in 1 email message.
Just ensure that you write the names, GWF numbers etc.

When sending a paid email for dependents can I make Enquiry for all the dependents in one single paid email or do I have to send paid email for each person separately?
Also can I send a paid email using the MA’s email address? Note I used the MA email address for her own paid email.
And the MA’s email address was used for everyone during the application.

Honestly, I’ve lost all excitement concerning this uk relocation. The thing feels more like a burden to me than a blessing. I haven’t felt peace since this journey started. I gave up already, frustrated checking my application and still at same spot DMC since 18th august. USA go don give you result same day and all this anxiety go don come down.

They have mailed your passports. Just follow their instructions to arrange when you want delivery.

Is it possible to get nsf mail a week after biometrics(dependent) was on my mail and on the phone and all of a sudden something is telling I deleted a mail which could be an NSF, o boy this thing don dey turn madness.
