Would have had no bearing on this case as the watcher would not have known that the car did not belong to the thief. He didn't break the window, he inserted a key and drove off expertly. How do you expect someone to know he's not the owner?

2.Does CCTV footage move around when showing a scene?

1. A crime scene is where a crime was committed and since stealing someone's car is a crime, I'd say this is a crime scene.
2. The cctv footage is on a computer screen, the person was videoing the computer screen with her phone which is why it was moving, the CCTV itself was static
3 and 4, I really have no idea

The price of petrol might decrease due to the fact that dangote will source his crude oil 100% from locals which will then relieve pressure from the naira and make it more strong.

Last year I met a girl who she claimed to be a nice girl, I was having a good intention of settling down with her not when she told me she has two son elsewhere. I was like two son but she told me the father of the two children are not dating but the children are with their father people.

I have been having issues with her concerning the children, now the father of the children said she don't have business with her.

Guess what happened today, my wife knows very well that I am too attached with my four months baby, she took my baby and park her things and ran away from my house and my baby is just four months. I don't know her where about. People are saying I should calm down but I can't sleep. I met her former Guy and the guy told me she's a big fool, that she supposed to be happy that she see a man who accepts her even after giving birth for two. I don't really know what to do.

I’m not the begging type as I have a lot of things going on for myself. My sister joined her husband in Canada last year courtesy of her husband. Outside of the little 50k, 100k there that this man used to send to me (I don’t know how much he gives my parent — In law, by the way ), he’s never thought of establishing me in business or find a way for me to join my sister in Canada.

Even most times you have to remind him before he send the pittance he sent to me. Last week, I told him to find a way for me to join my sister in Canada, and he said he’s still paying for the debt he took for my sister to join him and he want to send her to school also. Meanwhile I didn’t know this. Okay then I can wait. After then I told him to find me a bulk sum so I can start some business. He asked how much and I said 5M naira would be enough, he cut the phone, called him back and send him msg on WhatsApp which he read and didn’t reply. I called my sister and told her what her husband did and she said she will talk to him.

You have been in Canada for a while and little things to give back to the family is difficult for you? Not his fault
