I can tell you for a fact that while acquisition is a crucial aspect of Banking, no bank will think twice about closing cantankerous customers accounts. My divisional head at GTB then ordered me to close an account belonging to a girl that always received fx inflows from a US Navy personnel despite the navy personnel providing sufficient evidence that she is willingly gifting the funds. This is just one of many accounts that are closed by banks without customer's input. High value accounts o not the ones containing little balance that like to brag and shout all over the place.

Air peace are notoriously poor when it comes to service delivery and are enjoying the lack of adequate local competition, they have the chance to lead a path to excellence but have refused to do so

I've heard from a few friends who flew their London Lagos route and their assessment of the flight and service delivery is disappointing very poor service and the cabin space show significant signs of wear which should have been addressed by sufficient maintenance.
I suspect the quality of materials and design of their cabin infrastructure was not adequate when compared to other major airlines.

They can and should do better, in a nation where consumer protection laws are in place AirPeace wouldn't be this lazy and poor

It's pretty decent. It can suddenly stop working but I believe that's due to Airtel network downtime, not a fault from the smartbox. If Airtel is decent in your area, I think it's an excellent idea to get it

See what I got, it's not viable for me. The main reason I still sub MTN and that I go for the 2 month subscription is because I usually send data to my mom, my sister, inlaws etc. mum for instance can call you to sub for her 3 times in a month, she likes sharing and downloading all these forwarded videos people share on Whatsapp 😭.
