Jokes Etc / Check Out The Print A Woman’s Make-up Left In A Car After An Accident by Freda16(f): 6:26pm On Dec 02, 2016 |
Who would have thought make-up could do this? The accident Making a joke out of a car accident is not something that happens every day, but that’s what twitter user @hellocojo did. The woman, who’d been sitting in the backseat of a car, had her face thump into the head support of the seat in front of her when the accident happened, leaving a rather large print of her perfectly-done make-up. The accident’s force saw her face crash into the front seat head support and create this print The print perfectly outlines her cheeks, nose, https://fredawithnigeria..com.ng/2016/12/normal-0-false-false-false-en-us-x-none_71.html

Nairaland / General / Guys Would You Let Your Woman Go Out In This Outfit? by Freda16(f): 6:12pm On Dec 02, 2016 |
Guys Would You Let Your Woman Go Out in This Outfit? I saw this on TheNet.ng about a question being posed and i decided to ask the question here. A twitter user sparked the emotions of many when he asked the question based on this plunging outfit worn by an American artiste Cardi B. American artiste and reality star, Cardi B, who’s not new to controversies, posted a sexy photo of herself dressed in a very plunging-necked velvet bustier and matching designer boots and one twitter user, @rolltide916, decided to ask ‘fellas’ if they’d be okay with their ‘girl going out like this’. So now let’s me pose this question. Guys, would you be okay with your woman going out dressed like this?

Jokes Etc / A Man, An Ostrich And A Cat by Freda16(f): 4:56pm On May 17, 2016 |
The man and his companions sit down at a table and a waitress walks over to them to take their order. "I'll have a 16oz Steak with all the trimmings and a bottle of champagne." The man says. The waitress nods and turns towards the ostrich, who seems confused. "Oh! Uh, I'll, um... I want, uh, I dunno, uuuuuuhhhhhhhhh, I'll just have what he had." Writing down the order again she looks to the cat. "Yeah I'll have the same. But I'm not paying for it! I won't pay a single penny." He said as he turned his nose up at her. The waitress smiles and walks off to the kitchen. She appears again later with three huge meals and 3 bottles of champagne. After the man and his companions finish their meals the waitress returns to the table to ask him if there was anything else. The man said no and she went to fetch the bill. "That'll be £166.95 please." The man reaches into his pocket and pulls out £166.95 exactly in cash and places it in the waitress's hand. Her eyes widen as she looks down at the pile of cash and change in her hands. She looks up at him in amazement. "How could you possibly have the exact money ready for me?" "Oh thats a funny story actually, I found an old lamp the other day. After I rubbed it a Genie promptly popped out and proclaimed he could grant me three wishes." Explained the man. "And?" Urged the waitress. "My first wish was to always have the exact money in cash readily in my pocket whenever I needed it." Said the man, triumphantly. "And the second and third wishes?" Inquired the waitress. The man pauses briefly and looks to his companions. "I wished for a dumb bird with long legs and a tight pussy." |

Celebrities / Top 8 Most Funny Quotes By Nigerian Politicians by Freda16(f): 7:22pm On May 12, 2016 |
Top 8 Most Funny Quotes By Nigerian Politicians President Buhari has indicated that 2016 will be a tough and difficult year for the country. No matter how bad the economy may be crumbling, Nigerians still find humor in everything. The war of words is mainly observed between the 2 key competitors, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC). A lot of statements have been issued and a lot of promises have been made… But guess what, this article is NOT about the elections, STILL about politics. Specifically, about some politicians and their quotes that have already made history (but not in a desired way). Some of them were funny, the others – embarrassing and strange… See our top 8 below: 1. “We want to thank the President for bringing Facebook to Nigeria” Labaran Maku The former Information Minister Labaran Maku dropped this remark December 20, 2010, while speaking during Goodluck Jonathan’s ‘Facebook’ book launch in Lagos. Although Maku tried to thank GEJ for introducing social networking to Nigerian politics, the phrase immediately turned into a social joke. 2. “With all due respect, if Jesus Christ could come to the world and be the chairman of INEC, any election he would conduct will be disputed.” Olusegun Obasanjo OBJ said this in 2010 in Abuja reacting to the removal of Professor Maurice Iwu as INEC chairman. Unsurprisingly, he came under fire over the statement as Nigerians accused the former President of blasphemy. 3. “Stealing is not corruption” Goodluck Jonathan This was a conclusion from the former president’s words ”Over 70% of what they call corruption in Nigeria, is mere common theft” Goodluck Jonathan said this in May, 2014, during the Presidential Media Chat. Reactions were not long in arriving, as the comment went viral immediately. Twitter and Facebook users joked that now they were relieved to know that there was no corruption among Nigerian politicians… only mere stealing. 4. “God is a democrat, does not support rigging but if you rig and succeed, that means God approves of it.” Jonah Jang Plateau State governor made the statement in May, 2013, after having emerged the chairman Nigerian Governors’ Forum. Jang insisted that God helped him defeat his major opponent, Rotimi Amaechi. 5. “Ojukwu is a great man,he died but his manhood lives on” Patience Jonathan. Of course Dame Patience put a noble meaning into the word “manhood”, however Internet users did not miss the opportunity to have a good laugh upon hearing it. It is worth mentioning that the First Lady is often attacked in social media over grammatical blunders in her speech. 6. “Go and die” Adams Oshiomhole Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole said to a widowed woman The incident happened as the woman knelt before Oshiomhole begging for her little means of livelihood to be saved. After which he shouted out the infamous phrase. Not funny at all, which was immediately noticed by Nigerians. The video of the great humiliation surfaced online and got people furious. Soon the governor apologized to the widow, donated N2 million to her and offered help with employment. 7. “My fellow widows…” Patience Jonathan another epic quote from former first lady, Patience Jonathan has a special treat. This was how the ex-First Lady started her speech in March, 2011, as she addressed women who lost their husbands. 8. “I will not die. Rotimi Amaechi I drink bottled water. You do not drink bottled water.” – Rotimi Amaechi Rivers State governor went emotional during his last year’s rally speech held in Port Harcourt. And now we can only guess what Nigeria will be recalling from the 2015 electoral campaign, years later

Celebrities / 7 Ridiculous Lies By Nigerian Politicians Before Election by Freda16(f): 7:07pm On May 12, 2016 |
Most Politicians Lie but Nigerian Politicians Are Know For Ridiculous Tales As far as I’m concerned, Nigeria politics is still a joke. It’s filled with confused humans that do not know what they are doing other than embezzling government funds. Nigerian politicians are great liars and they use lies to get the voters’ votes. We define a lie when what is promised is not realistically attainable or when the time frame for what was promised has elapsed. Funny thing is most people still fall for these crazy and cheap lies. Nigerians need to wake up! below are some lies our politicians told that got people talking in the last election in 2015. 1. I don’t sign sign cheques This was said by Raji Fashola (Immediate past governor of Lagos state) while he was being screened before his ministerial appointment. I wonder how a whole governor won’t sign cheques. 2. I have no shoes This was an emotional and persuasive line used by Goodluck Jonathan during the 2011 Presidential campaign. It wasn’t too long before Nigerians realised this was just an “emotional lie” to get their votes. In one of his campaign slogan then, he also “promised air”. I think Nigerians seriously need fresh air before these lies suffocates us 3. I did not promise stipends for unemployed youths One of the reasons while the masses were interested in ensuring that APC won the last Presidential election was due to the promise made by their Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, to pay unemployed graduates stipend of five thousand naira monthly. It was however funny when he said he did not make such promise. 4. Corruption is not stealing This was said by Goodluck Jonathan in 2014. I wonder what corruption is if it is not stealing. 5. I have never received bribe The fearless Rotimi Amaechi said this during his ministerial screening. Well, I’m not to decide if he was saying the truth, but you can decide… 6. I did not promise two million jobs Another promise denied by President Buhari was providing 2 million jobs for Nigerians. knowing that unemployment is a big issue in Nigeria, this was an easy lie to fall for. Now the president has denied this saying, like Nigerians have short-term memories or what! 7. We did not promise one free meal for students This was said by the Vice President, Osinbajo. This lie is to get votes from poor families and it worked. I wonder where those promises came from if not from them. Lies lies and all lies….Kindly add yours. Let’s know the lies our politicians throw in order to get our votes. God bless Beautiful Nigeria http://beautifulng.com/7-ridiculous-lies-by-nigerian-politicians-before-election/

Kanu, Mikel, Who’s Greater? Shortly after Chelsea defeated Benfica to win the Europa League title in Amsterdam, Mikel Obi, joined his teammates to celebrate their European heroics. Although Mikel was an unused substitute, he is an integral part of the team. Since joining Chelsea in 2006, Mikel has racked a number of individual and team medals. But does that mean he is the most adorned Nigerian footballer? Has he really achieved more than Kanu Nwankwo? Football fans across the country have often argued this and i decided to bring to Nairaland.
