While other governors are whining, Obaseki is taking the bull by the horns by acting as the true chief security officer of Edo state.

The same way APC is destroying Lagos state with 930.96% debt to net revenue, right? It is all about development and boosting infrastructural growth in the medium and long term which will facilitate rising employment rates, IGR and GDP figures. As far as the Edo govt is not borrowing to "dredge Ikpoba River" or some other ludicrous project and to line the pockets of their kin and cronies, they are very much on track.

A lot of state governors do not even appreciate the need to make basic health services accessible to the masses. That is why Nigeria has some of the poorest indices when it comes to human life. I am impressed the Edo state government is doing something to arrest this ugly and unenviable situation. Well done Governor Obaseki
