I never believed that a day would come when I would be writing something like this,but the truth is that it's a reality I can't deny anymore,it started around April 2019,on that particular day,I was alone,somehow I started feeling lonely and then decided to download some porn to watch(it would end up being a decision I honestly wished I never made),after downloading the porns,I started watching and in the process started playing with my manhood,till I reach organism, immediately after,i cried bitterly as I was battling this level of condemnation that I have never felt before within,since then I have constantly be masturbating sometimes once every week even after promiseing myself that I would never do that again..I have tried everything I can to stop masturbating but none has worked for me as I found myself back into the same act after a while,the longest I have gone without doing that was a month and some days.i have tried to read many articles on Google and here on nairaland but none has been able to help me out of it.i have also discovered that I often forget things quickly these day unlike before I got into the act and things always turn out ugly for me financially after engaging in this act.... please any advices on how to quit this would be appreciated especially from anyone who has been into masturbation and was able to quit it.NOTE I used to leave a life of celibacy and was always happy till I got into this act.
