When ever I charge my phone with the charger that came with it, it gets really hot but when ever I charge it with another charger it just warm but not Cold it started a week ago pls any solution or should I take it where I bought it.
And secondly I received a system update that same but I have not done the update could it be the cause.

Update your phone. And as for the hotness that is not normal, it is normal for phone to get warm when charging though

A friend had a similar experience on this same Redmi 9c. The phone just went off and it didn't come on again just few weeks after purchase. She took it back to the store as it was still under warranty. They took it from her and told her to come get it back later. She got it back weeks later, initial issue resolved but the mouth piece and ear piece had been tampered with, another wahala. She has to return it again, still yet to get it back.
