I've changed the battery because the follow-come had spoilt when the new phone is not even up to a year old and the engineer put a battery that is not in-built when the battery comes below 50% the battery starts draining fast; that was the same problem with the former battery but even after I changed battery; the same problem happens; below 50% the battery starts draining fast and when reach about 35% or below the phone just goes off and would never come on until I charge the battery.

I listened to the mouth of overzealous nairaland marketers and got the phone. The stress the phone has put me through, I wished I had just gotten an infinix, at least I'm used to that one.

Why Ive come to hate the brand the more is because of their useless customer care. Insult transsion devices all you want, Calcare no dey disappoint at all.

The worse part is I've not even used it up to two months

My new TECNO spark 4 is giving me serious problems and the phone is not even up to a year old I have even changed battery still giving problems.

Currently using Tecno M8. At the back is written UK mobile.
Omo the headaches are as follows:
1. The phone can't download app from Google play
2. It doesn't download app apk direct
3.It doesn't play any YouTube videos.
4.It selects app through Xender.
5.It can never try to update any existing app.
6. etc.
I bought it bcs it looked fine. they said is China type. I just dey vex everyday and to buy another one nobi here ooo

My made in nigeria tecno smartphone takes over 8hrs to fully charge, but drains in less than 2hrs.

Can compete with most upper midrange devices in it's class but as always with Transsion, it is overpriced.

But if other competitors are selling Snapdragon 720G/732G and Dimensity 700 5G devices for less than 160k then this phone is overpriced.

There are more affordable options on the market unless of course, you're a diehard fan.

1. Global chip shortage
2. Failing economy + weak Naira = inflation

I'm just saying they should pity for their customers.

But las las they're a business and they need to turn over a profit for their investors.

It's why when I did that video about loyalty to wallet vs brands, many did not understand it.

Companies are loyal to their profits and shareholders, not to you the customer. Therefore you the customer should be loyal to your pocket.

People tend to get carried away with adverts and it's bad. The OIS + EIS na for mild shakes.

If na people when dey shake like who get Parkinson's...then the OIS is useless.

This is because smartphones are small and so are the 6-axis gyroscopes inside them that are used for stabilization.

Personally, OIS is not a deal breaker for me, I have steady hand. Image/video processing power is the deal breaker.

I would rather have a superior sensor/ISP and but a tripod or gimbal for it, than to have an inferior sensor/ISP with OIS.

I don handle Galaxy A52 and I have seen videos of the Zero X Pro. The OIS hype is blown out of proportion.

Apart from the fast one they tried to play on everyone by putting a 108mp on a Helio G95, my reviews on them have been rather positive.
