Thats just politics for you and real life matters... Men in power most times uses it to oppress their subjects for selfish gains and to prove they have authority.

well actually, we all experience different financial conditions at particular points of our lives that may not be favourable to those expecting from us. Its wrong they didnt pay back, not that they dont want to but just that the current condition doesnt permit(literally did not have), but if dey do and outrightly refuse, then its wickedness and you should call them out.
